It works as advertised.
I used this for one of two old tube type tires I am using to build a logging arch. The tire is mounted on a split rim that has badly rusted bolts and would be impossible to take apart. This was a simple fix and worked just as the manufacturer claims. I don't know how it would work for an automobile tire but it "saved the day" in my situation.
