These lilies have grown like weeds in the 3 months I've had them. They are so beautiful. I have a ton of wildlife in my pond which I adore. I give each plant one fertilizer tablet once a month. The only downfall is that they got top heavy really fast and every rainfall I'd find them floating at the top of the pond. So I replanted them in bigger heavier containers and even used some zip ties at the top to help keep them inside the planters. It has worked very well. I believe I planted them in May and within 2 months I've had 5 or 6 flowers now. Very pleased with my purchase.

I am very disappointed in the Chalily I received. I paid $40.00 for this plant. I also purchased the same type of plant at Lowes for only $10.00. I have waited a month before posting, so I could give it a good chance to grow. They are all located in the same pond, with the same weather and water conditions. So far, both of the Lowes plants are flourishing, and nothing is happening with the Chalilly.

well packaged when arrived.literally we just dropped it into our water container, now there are 3 or 4 branches/leaves growing out of the root ball. Cant wait to see it blooms before summer ends!Updates:Last week, my little pond was ransacked by a visiting raccoon, the whole lilies root ball was dragged out and every growing branches tore up. I was so sad. But I put the root ball back to its netting and then a miracle! Today I found a new leave sneaking out of the root ball. It survived!! What a strong and healthy root Chalily grew and delivered! Amazing!! I ordered two more roots from their store, expecting 3 blooming water lilies in a month hopefully :) and of course, with some critter protection added to my pond, lesson well learnt.

I have had this lily for a month and a half and nothing has grown. I'll update this post if anything does grow. I was expecting it to have grown by now. (March)update! two months later and there are leaves sprouting! this is awesome! will update again when the flowers come.update #2: 6 months since having the lily in my pond and I now have a bloom! beautiful pink lily, plenty of lily leaves as well. Would buy from this seller again.

I recieved my lily less than one day after I submitted the order. I recently got fish for my livestock water trough and wanted to grow a lily as a shade source for the fish. When I recieved it, it was growing in a mesh bag with about 3 leaves on it. Initially I used a string (of my own because the one supplied was two short) and hung the lily from the water source. The instructions say to attach the lily to the "floater" supplied using the string supplied but that's kind of a joke if your pond is any more than 8 inches deep. The lily is way too heavy to be supported by the "floater." So after a few weeks of hanging in the mesh bag, the lilly grew five more leaves. At that point I planted the Lilly in a shallow rubber bucket at the bottom of the tank with clay based aquatic soil and two fertilizer tablets all covered with stones. It has been 3 weeks since I did that and I already have about 8 additional leaves! After placing the lilly in the pot on the bottom, the leaves were almost a foot under the surface of the water but it only took less than 24 hours for them to grow to the surface. Fascinating 😁 I love my lilies! 10/10 recommend. The top picture is from when it was hanging and the bottom is 3 weeks after I planted it. I plan to fertilize once a month.

The plant showed up beautiful!! I was also sent a video link on how to drop and grow it. I was amazed at how big it was, lots of growth to the plant already!! Shipping was very quick..This company will be my go to every year for water Lilly. I live in Wisconsin so I doubt I can keep it alive through winter, But I will try and think of a way so next year I could add another color and plant. If not I will just have to buy a new one every year. Here's hoping I can manage to get it to bloom and flower!!Edit entire summer and never got a flower at all. I've had Lots of the lily pads but no blooms. I could have just went to a local lake for those. I wont buy another plant next year

It is too soon to say whether I like or dislike this product. It is wrapped in coir fiber. I drop into into our small pond and it sank to the bottom. It needs 6-12" of water over it. This is more like 18-20 inches. I will repost once I see if it actually expands and blooms. Right now it does not look hopeful. Maybe the company can enlighten me.Note, the star rating right now reflects that it is so dormant and as an expensive plant, I might have expected more. To be updated

Never expected the result like that when I ordered this Lilly. It’s gorgeous! Easy to take care. I literally just planted in my pond and let it be. Sometime I cut old leaves but the pond digest them or fish eat them, I think, and water in the pond stays clean . I never took it out of the pond for the winter and the pond freezes sometime during the winter and Lilly is still alive! Would definitely buy again and recommend it to everyone!

Totally satisfied with the quality. Now i have 4 leaves in my plant . Probably will have to have to one month more for flowers

The bulb came only without any growth. The seller didn't send sapling or plant growing from the bulb. The bulb did not yield any sapling though it was kept among watery quagmire. So, to conclude, it was a complete waste.
