Old cable incompatible?
I tried to download my OneTouch readings to my Windows 10 (soon to be 11) computer, only to find that the hardware in the original cable is considered obsolete. This was a first that old drivers are rejected and no new ones are supported. Long story short…. Get this cable and create an account on OneTouch website. Run their upload app. When you are ready, plug in the new cable and start syncing.

cable worked the first time with no fuss
Seller was stellar for sending me helpful links and instructions to be sure I was successful using this cable interface with my one touch ultra smart glucose meter. I'm sure that's why everything worked the first time with no fuss. I was able to download all meter data to my PC running Windows 10 with the One Touch software. From there I could export to an Excel Spreadsheet. I am very pleased with my purchase and the results. Thank you!

Does not work
I started with the suggested drivers and couldn’t get a complete link. Tried the other drivers 2xxx ,3xxx and got the same condition. Used the cable with another site and drivers and it worked at Tidepool. But not the site I want.

Glucose Meter Cable
I believe the cable was good. However the Onetouch tech support said it was inadequate for supporting the meter. It works fine for us.

You will need to download 3rd party software. I am using Tidepool and the cable worked right away.

I love this cable to send all my info to my pharmacist and specialist! Yes it's a bit expensive, but then I don't have to bring my info to share with them, as they already have it on their systems...
