I have to say I was not sure what I would use this for initiall however it just looked good. Love it on any sandwich with Tomato, and anything that complements pesto. I see it as a delicious pre made pesto and mayo spread that is great with Chicken and Tomato sandwiches . I also have used it for a dip for my carrots. Still more to explore howecer it will be a keeper in my cabinet. Tastes great cold, needs refrigerator post use!!
