It is ideal for those moments when you need to look into an awkward place. You will have your phone to plug into and that's it, problem solved. The app is triggered by plugging in. I found this causes the app to crash, so just exit the app and restart. It works well then and the ability to record stills or video is all you need.The stiff cable bends to shape, but I wonder how often it can be flexed before it breaks.
