I have been using this since it was first released to the US market in 2017. I am allergic to so much crap from sulfates to phthalates, from most fragrances to chemical preservatives... But this has never once in the 9 years that I have used this item ever caused my extremely sensitive skin to ever react or break out. I am in my 40s and do not have a single wrinkle. I am constantly being carded when I order alcohol or buy my husband cigarettes and I always get the same shocked reaction. I only use a few drops in my palm patted around on my face and neck and a few drops the same way onto my chest and backs off my hands twice a day. Literally 8-10 drops a day, when I say a little goes a long way and you don't have to go splash happy I mean it. A bottle usually lasts me and my husband about 6 months. Now I'm not saying this is a miracle, but it's as closer to one as you can get. I have always taken great care of my skin, protected it from the sun and taken my vitamins and collagen and drank near a gallon of water every day, but even still, the very first time I used this stuff I could feel my skin sucking it up and noticed the ever slight faint lines on the back of my hands and chest immediately plump and tighten up. I have even gotten my husband into using it and let him watch his little face wrinkles disappear in a matter in of moments. It only took him one use and now we are both die hard obsessed with this stuff. Korean skin care is insanely amazing and Hanskin tops them all in the hyaluronic arena. Granted I have good genetics, but my husband does not and it still cracks us up when people our age call us kids and make comments about us "getting it one day when we're their age" and things like that and I really do attribute a lot of it to this stuff keeping our skin healthy, hydrated and fresh looking. Try it, what's the worse that could happen? If it doesn't work for you, it's Amazon, you can always return it, but I promise you're going to love this stuff!

It has incredibly helped my eczema, which used to make my skin hurt and even peel. With this essence, my skin was immediately more moisturized, acne marks were lightened, and there were far fewer spots. While I’ve changed other products over the last decade, this has stayed the same. Currently, in pair with this product, I use the isntree yam root vegan milk cleanser, the Cosrx hyaluronic acid toner, the illiyoon ceramide ato concentrate cream, and the Dr. G Green Mild Up Sun+.

Bought this because of good reviews and it's cheaper than NEOGEN's essence. I am quite happy with the purchase because it glides on smoother than NEOGEN's and I can feel right away it's more moisturizing. I am relatively new to the concept of Essence so i really didn't know much about the difference. Now I have comparison and I am glad I am switching to Hanskin. Giving it 4 stars for now since this is my first impression (about a week in), and will update once I have give it more time. For now, I am quite happy with it. I pair this with The Plant Base Time Sop Collagen Ampoule as my routine and it works really well to keep my skin moist for hours.

I have been using this product for the past few weeks and I have found that it has worked for my skin type. Before using it, my skin was dry in the beginning of the day, but would get oily as the day progressed, as I have combination skin. It has always been hard to find the right type of moisturizer for me since if its too heavy, I would break out with acne. After speaking with my dermatologist, it would seem that I need something to provide the proper balance of moisture so the skin doesn't produce too much oil to compensate. I decided to try this brand and it works for my skin type because it give my skin the perfect balance of moisturizer yet feels very light- and it does not make my skin oily, because it is not oil based. I love that is a multi-step skin product, (toner and moisturizer in one) allowing me to save money with just one purchase vs. the need for many skin care products. I have noticed that after I turned 30, my skin tend to look dull and fatigue due to lack of sleep and environmental factors. This face moisturizer is the only product that rejuvenates my skin, gives it a youthful natural glow, and keeps my face moisturized all day long-keeping the oily shine at bay. A little goes a long way, and you only need a few drops a day. This moisturizer is a game changer for me- I will be using this product for years to come!

Absolutely love this product. I first got this in a boxy charm subscription and I loved it so I bought more. I have rosacea and this helps moisturize my skin without irritation.
