Review: Great product but remember to download the App with it. - Great little diagnostic device. Does exactly what I need it to. It was also great value at the price point. All you get is the device and you have to download the third party app to use it. There are many free ones and there are also paid for ones that come highly recommended. The instruction manual that Motodia provides offers suggestions of two free apps. I used one of these and it works great. I am sure if I paid for the App I would be able to get even more out of the product by unlocking additional features but for my needs I am very happy. I tested with my iPhone Andy my wife’s Android and it worked well with both. Highly recommend the B1 and already purchased a second one for my son as a gift.

**Q: Use for bmw z3 ?**
A: I bought for my Range Rover but be aware don’t go for Wi-fi only unit get Bluetooth model plus this one requires another’s app and bottom line is this unit a bit useless and I would not buy

A: I don't know if this has the ELM327 Chipset, but type in the amazon search. There are lots to choose from. I use the Veepeek does everything I want and more. Hope this help

Works perfectly, found a wheel sensor issue immediately and changed it myself. Download car scanner for free on app store plug this unit in your car and from the app choose wifi and click next until the app is set up, then go to your phones wifi settings and you will see a new network available to connect to, select it and then scan your car.
