Reliable digestive support I can use with every meal
I’ve been using Seeking Health Digestion Intensive with each meal, and it’s become a staple for me. This enzyme blend is comprehensive—it covers proteins, fats, carbohydrates, and fiber—so it helps regardless of what I’m eating. I notice less bloating and discomfort after meals, and I feel like I’m absorbing nutrients better. What keeps me committed is the brand itself. Seeking Health has a strong reputation for producing clean, well-researched supplements that are free from unnecessary fillers. I trust their formulations, which is essential when you’re taking something daily. The capsules are easy to take, and since there are 120 in the bottle, one purchase lasts quite a while even when using them consistently. For me, this supplement bridges the gap when my digestion needs extra help, and it’s reassuring to know I’m supporting my gut and immune health at the same time.

High Quality
Great digestive enzyme product. The best thing about these are that they cover most of your bases in terms of digestion. I got this one because I don't need HCL because of IBD, and these were the only ones I could find without that. They don't contain Ox Bile either, but you can take that separately if you need help with fat digestion. It's got enzymes that help digest sugars, and for me at least, they have been helping with gut fermentation issues. I take one with my protein shake and two if I am eating a meal. I highly recommend and will keep using.

What’s up with the price change?
These pills work but I’m very unhappy because you used to get 120 for $38 and now they’ve changed it and you only get 60 for $38 so as much as I love them and they do work I had to switch brands because they are severely overpriced at this point

Highly Recommend 5 Stars!
I highly recommend this product. The ingredients it has have greatly improved my leaky gut burning and digestive issues. Please take note, unable to find it under name listed here and on product website. The name has changed from Seeking Health Digestion Intensive to Seeking Health Digestive Enzymes. There are 120 capsules making it a great value.

Received only 60!
The product I received was only a 60 count of capsules and was the Digestive Enzymes. Disappointed that the amount says 120. Otherwise a good product. That's why 3 stars.

Better than the chewables for me
I bought these digestive enzymes in capsules by accident last month thinking that they were the chewables from Seeking Health (which I've been taking for more than a year), but they work even better on my digestive issues, acid reflux, and food sensitivities, histamine reactions. The components are the same but much stronger dosage, which I provably need due to sensitivities to most grains and also lactose, etc. Sadly when I tried to reorder them now, they are not available

Works great for digestion, but caused jaw pain.
I really like this product for digestion. It took care of my bloat and made my digestion work so much better, but it must have curcumin/turmeric, probably in their Protease/Peptidase Complex, because I experienced such bad jaw pain each night, that it brought tears to my eyes. I am very sensitive to turmeric and they should list it in the ingredients list. In the new bottles, they list coconut powder and it’s probably in the old bottles too, in one of their enzymes.
