Ok peeps! I just got this little stick vacuum today and quickly read instructions, put it together and vacuumed my area rug. Can I just say WOW! I ordered not one, but two other stick vacuums that were cordless and had excellent reviews on tiktok. I sent both of them back because they were crap. Very compact and easy to use, but they did not do what their primary purpose is: to pick up hair and debris from the floor. Great on hardwoods, but horrible on rugs and short pile carpet. So this time around, to avoid the hastle of having to clean, package up, and send back the disappointing performance vaccums, I spent many, many hours researching the best stick vacuum for hardwood and low pile carpets and vacuums, but on Amazon this time. I also did decide to go with corded model this time, because the batteries on the other two, ran out so quickly and I found myself rushing to get my little 400 square foot studio cleaned! Yeah! So now, why I love this vacuum? I've owned standard size sharks before, which I purchased for the facilities I managed, because I just found they had excellent suction and were reasonably priced. But all I needed for my little bungalow, was a portable, lightweight, maneuverable, stick vacuum, that didn't lose suction and vacuumed up pet hair. This one checks all the boxes. But let me tell you what's so great about it. I love that it literally propels itself forward. I love that it sucks debris both forwards and backwards. I love that it actually sucks the dirt up from the hardwood floor instead of kicking it back towards your feet. I love that I don't have to touch the dirt went empty in the cup. The previous version of this vacuum, has a dust cup that you can not remove from the main housing. So that was an improvement from the previous model, which they're still selling on Amazon btw, and is orange in color so avoid that one. I purchased model HZ752 V5 in a lovely light green color. So how is this model better than the previous ones? Well, it has a bright light on the roller housing so you can see the floor and the dust that you're vacuuming. The roller head has a different brush / squeegee combo system that prevents hair or string from getting tangled up in the roller and needing to be removed. The vacuum has an accessories bracket that keeps all of your tools with the vacuum which is a nice feature from the previous model where all of the accessories were just stored somewhere in the closet or on the floor. And again with this model, I love that you do not have to use your hand to remove the dust from the dust cup. You can remove the dust cup without taking the entire motor with you, including the cord to the trash to empty. I've done the research so you don't have to. And I can tell you for a little extra money this new model is worth it! And the cherry on top is it comes with a five year warranty. Do not hesitate to buy this powerful compact corded stick vacuum in the light green. I absolutely love the power and suction this little guy has. Would it be nice if it stood up on its own while vacuuming, without having to lean it against something...yes! But honestly, that is the only thing I would improve. This little baby is awesome! I've had this little shark vacuum cleaner for almost 2 years and I fall in love again and again, every time I use it. This little vacuum cleaner not only is lightweight but super powerful and gets everything. AND I MEAN EVERYTHING!! I live in a smaller apartment but I have 2 dogs a cat and 4 ferrets, all of them love to shed everywhere, but this vacuum cleaner gets all of it. There's been a couple times that it would get clogged, but that was mainly user error and once I cleaned it out and did a little bit of maintenance, it worked wonderfully again. The cord length is perfect for each room with extra to spare and considering how much I paid for this vacuum, I'm definitely getting my money's worth plus some. This vacuum has 2 filters which I didn't realize when I first started using it. And so when I finally realized that it had 2 filters, they were definitely very dirty when I cleaned them out for the first time. But after cleaning them out, it works like new. If you're looking for a budget-friendly vacuum cleaner, that is powerful and easy to use this is the one for you.

So far I have used this vacuum twice and It's a pretty strong stick vacuum. It works really well on carpet and hard floors. I like that it is so versatile. You can use the tools with the stick extension or attach the tools directly to the vacuum for closer jobs. It definitely has a great suction which I love about Shark vacuums. Shark has been one of my favorite brands of vacuum tools. I have used the navigator, i have a cordless hand vacuum that I use to clean my truck that works great and I had a Shark robot vacuum at one point as well. Shark vacuums have just been great machines all around. I will say the reviews about not being able to stand the vacuum up is only somewhat accurate. If the dust bin and motor are attached as you normally would to vacuum your floors then the weight of it will cause it to fall over. The roller brush part isn't wide enough or heavy enough to hold it up. However, there is a little hook down by the roller on the front of the extension tube that is meant to hold the motor and dust cup. If you remove the motor and place it on the storage hook it will stand up perfectly and become a little more compact. It distributes the weight and BOOM it stands without issues. Love the light on it too. It lit up dust and dirt I couldn't normally see. I can use it under my bed which I like because my pups like to lay under it with the toy graveyard. It's a nice machine for a 856 sq ft 1 bedroom apartment. I mostly have hard floors but it works great everywhere. Pretty decent price too for $125. The upholstery tool and brush tool are combined. To use the brush they must be together but to use the upholstery tool you push the release button and the brush will pop off to reveal the upholstery tool. Pretty nifty stuff. As other reviewers mentioned there isn't a place to store the tools but to me that is a minor inconvenience.

Great for dog hair, has lights on it to help see the dust. Good suction. It lays flat, and has great maneuverability, it can turn very sharp, going easily around corners. It can fit great under beds. Vacuuming dust from under beds is a breeze. Dust cup can be easily removed and filter cleaned. Good cord length, good value for the money. Just wish it was lighter, if you have shoulder pain, I would get a featherlight one. Now cons: heavy, does not stand on its own, will fall over. The suction head covers a very small area.

I had really high expectations on this vacuum based on the reviews. Unfortunately, the engine was making a weird noise and smelling burnt. I will return it.

Powerful suction and flexibility . my shark vacuum was simple to put together along with additional tools that are handy for fabric sofa or chairs . Easy to vacuum carpets or floors . Love this shark vacuum which has the ability to turn vacuum head going around corners as needed. I Purchased extra filters but the vacuum does come with one installed . Easy to empty attachment but make sure you know to keep the cup in the right position when opening to throw collecting dust and particles out so as not to have it spilled . Highly recommend Anne does a wonderful job . Don’t hesitate you will be pleased I just order the extra cup filters when ordering the vacuum . Makes life easy
