Ranch Tract House

This is a typical Walthers high quality model. Excellently made. Easy to paint and put together. Looks very realistic on the HO set. Highly recommend.

Fairly straightforward to put together. This was one of my first models that I assembled and I had great luck with this one. Nice detail and quality made parts. Good to base to apply paint and detail

Just finished this little HO house. I found it to be an enjoyable project. No problems encountered during the process. It does take some time to build, however, if you take your time you will get a nice looking house. Walthers models are the best.

LOOKS VERY LIFE LIKE.

This is a really nice house that went together simply for a beginner builder as myself but, my reviews can use a little help.

Easy to assemble and a nice addition to my subdivision. I mounted the house on a 1/4" piece of foam core because the house looked small when compaired to other models with crawl spaces or on platforms.

Instructions are easy to understand. Very detailed

Had little to no detail looks nothing like the picture there is no brick on the walls like in the picture the roof isn’t even the same as in the picture and it’s small enough to fit in your hand
