GREAT PTZ camera for Church Livestream
These are GREAT cameras. Our church uses 3 of them for our Livestream. The first was bought the week after Covid hit in March 2020 and it's still in use weekly. PTZ control by vMix works great. Half the price of the mainstays. Only negative is that after several years, the color balance has started to shift so I've had to tweak it, which isn't a problem if you only have one but is a little more work when trying to keep 3 of them the same.

Work's Great!
I wish I had found this camera first. We are using it for Church Live Streaming. This camera does an Awesome job for the price. In the picture the Avipas is the one on the right. The zoom is also Really nice. We are very pleased with this camera and we will be purchasing 1 more.

AViPAS is an amazing company!
The camera works great, exactly as it's supposed to. But the power adapter broke. I contacted the mfg directly to purchase a replacement and they just mailed me one no charge in days. This type of customer service just isn't around anymore. A great company that stands behind their products!

Works for the most part. HTML5 web interface may require deleting history
Our church bought it to do live streaming. However, after about 6 months, the web interface stopped working. No amount of resets or power-offs seems to fix the issue. The HDMI output seems to work just fine. Left message on product page at the manufacturer website and they said to delete the web cookies and cache. That fixed the problem.

Picture quality is fantastic! Easy to install too. Please include a screw with the camera for mounting! Thank you.

Camera crashes and audio way out of sync
I recommended this camera to our church since I had read so many positive reviews about it here on Amazon and other places that were posted by fellow church techs, however, our experience with this camera has been absolutely horrible. The basic PTZ functions all work, however it cannot maintain 1080p streams without crashing, and the length of time of streaming grew shorter and shorter since we first set it up. 720p streams last a bit longer and 640x480 streams last quite a while before the camera freezes/locks up, then the only way to reset it is to unplug and plug in the power cord. I've been bantering back and forth with tech support via email, completing all of there tests which prove that the camera is faulty (not our high-end PC, gigabit LAN nor our 300Mbps biz-class internet via OBS). Another thing I noted was that the camera had severe video lag when I was streaming, where the video is 2000+ms out of sync from the audio, which is also ridiculous for a camera in this price range. In fact, I even tried self-hosted streaming in the camera but it never worked, so it does not in fact stream directly to YouTube or any service without a PC. In contrast, we resorted to a fixed 1080p USB webcam which streams flawlessly on the same setup via OBS but it doesn't have optical zoom. I'm sorry we blew our budget on this camera, a wasted investment.
