directions for using Bona Hardwood cleaner

My house keeper uses this product once a week. She sweeps the floor with a broom, applies Bona lightly and uses a Swifter to mop and remove the liquid. This is a very light watery cleaner, no wax or build up at all. The spray bottle is convenient and lasts for months (around 1200 square feet of flooring). As I said in my review, this is the only product that has been used on my floors since they were installed about ten years ago. My floors are engineered Brazilian hardwood, medium dark color.

is bona harwood floor cleaner safe for laminate wood floors

Yes - I use it on my laminate floors and it never damaged them. It cleans them really well and doesn't leave a residue or build-up on the floors either.

Can you use this with any microfiber mop/cloth, or is there something special about the Bona mop and pads? Thanks.

i use it with any micro fiber mop . and love it. don't own the bona mop and pads.

Is this product supposed to make hard wood floors shine? Mine are dull using it, I used to use Murphys and it shined.

You shouldn’t use this product if your floors have wax on them. Its only a cleaner and it may partially remove the wax and leave a dull finish.
