It's really small and my hair kept getting pulled on the black sand strips on it. It's very uncomfortable to wear and it gave me a headache because it was too tight for me and it wasn't really that adjustable either. I had even got my hair cut and it still did not even stretch enough to really have room to give to keep my hair from being caught on the black sand strips either. I would not be purchasing this again.
