Iris Ohyama, Set of 2, Air tight storage boxes, 50 L, with 6 clips, stackable, garage, cellar, attic - Air Tight Box AT-L - Transparent

Arrived in good condition. I use them as a dry box for camera equipment. Throw a moisture/temperature sensor in there with them and a moisture absorber. (the tub ones, not silica packets). If moisture gets too low you just have to crack the seal for a very short amount of time. The seal does seem to be very good. The 2 of them stack very easily with no issues. No space issues with 50L, can get heavy when it is full though. (Not really a product issue)

I was hunting for good sturdy boxes to hide my cartox boxes of noodles away from any possible mice to stow in the garage. At first I was going to pass on these as they appear to be similar to ones you could find at large supermarkets. But upon reading the spec's there is a seal in the lid to make it waterproof, even air tight. Didn't need all that becuase the noodles are already in sealed bags inside carton boxes, but no harm in having the extra feature. Then I noticed the lid has 6 clips as opposed to the usual two. Decided to go for a punt to ordered a pair, and hoping they would arrive unbroken. If it's anything like the supermarket ones, the lids are easy to crack at the edges. Anyway arrived in good order, nothing broken. Just a bit disappointed that the body of the box does not appear to be any thicker than supermarket ones but nevermind, nothing else wrong with it. The lid has lots of ribbing to give it strength, not that it needed as each box was only going to contain about 5kg of noodles. (Afraid so, wholesellers only sell items with minimum order of ??? dozens but the noodles are not available at your typical supermarket.) Being satisfied with the first pair of boxes, went ahead to order two more with enough confidence that they will stack 4 high and not crack the lid of the box at the bottom (which has 3x5kg on top of it). The score. Being better made than the supermarket ones, but remaining at about the same price on Amazon special deal, have to give these 5 stars.

This is really the only box I could find that states it is airtight and waterproof. I'll update in a month to find out how true these things appear. They seem like they are fairly good but may have some slight leakage if submersed. For now - I bought 7 two-packs of these and in them every single one had one that was broken - essentially there are two lids on top of each other and nothing to protect the top lid from hitting against the lower lid. This means in transit the top lid hits and the inside seams snap. In a few of them the corners of the upper or lower were also broken. I also bought a similar product from the same brand from another suppplier. and encountered the same problem. All in all out of the 14, 12 were usable but with a broken seam on the inside and 2 I sent back. It's really annoying to have spent £100 on a broken product but it would take too many goes to get all none broken ones and they are really big to take to the post office and send back. They aren't the sturdiest. with things in I have to be very careful and they essentially just live in the celler full of things that don't come upstairs (and with de-humidifers in). In two minds if I would buy it again as there really aren't any others on the market that would be more waterproof but they are really rubbish quality for what you get.

I absolutely love these boxes. I've bought both clear and black versions. My only gripe is, there are locating tabs on the inside of the lid to aid with locating the airtight seal. On all my purchases of these I've never had a full set arrive intact. As it doesnt stop the seal and they work well it doesnt bother me. However the last one thats just arrived has the outer edge of the lid damaged also. Again it doesnt affect the seal and it never seems to spread to the main part of the lid. Will this stop me buying them again, probably not just something that you might want to adjust for when they arrive. Would I return them? as I would assume somewhere through delivery they're getting damaged then it's probably not worth it. The main part is intact and undamaged, I may get worse back after returning these. The fact this was a second order as the first one vanished after being collected concerns me. Especially as they're meant to be tracked all through the delivery process. Recommend boxes - yes, lids - yes but fragile, delivery - No. Amazon needs to improve, they're slipping.

I've ordered 9 of these over time. In the first pack I had two arrive with broken lids that were replaced quickly after I sent a photo to the seller. The most recent purchases arrived double boxed and well wrapped in bubble wrap and I haven't had any issues since. They have have been kept outdoors in a shed and their contents have stayed dry and mould free. The box does feel a bit flimsy, but once you clip the lid on it adds significant rigidity and I have them stacked three deep with no issues. They are a bit expensive, but I have not found large damp-proof boxes anywhere else.

One box arrived broken with the lid being broken and the main box deformed. The other two seemed ok fairly sturdy but I can imagine the lids where they seal against the main box being a weak point if the moulding has not been done properly. Decided not to return since it seemed a long winded process of having to return all three boxes.

Looks at some other dedicated filament storage boxes twice the price and only hold 4 rolls. I would estimate can get 10 rolls in here. While they don't have dedicated storage for desiccant I've just bought some in bags already. Compares to buying the two dedicated boxes I would need have saved over £75. They have a nice rubber / silicone seal at the top so moisture cant get in making them perfect for the job at a fraction if the cost

Tengo dos productos, este de dos cajas y anteriormente compré un pack de seis. Recomiendo que abráis la caja del pedido delante del repartidor, en especial si no están enviadas con Amazon Logistics, porque me llegaron rotas las tapas en los 3 envíos. Al ser una caja voluminosa pero ligera, la maltratan de tal manera que llegan reventadas. Sin embargo, el vendedor de 10, pues repuso el producto inmediatamente tras informar del estado. El plástico de las cajas es robusto, mejor de lo que esperaba, y las tapas llevan una junta de silicona que hacen que sean estancas. Ideal para guardar objetos de exteriores que están a la intemperie, o para guardar las cosas que necesitan estar preservadas del polvo y/o humedad. Buen agarre y los cierres con clic se ven fuertes. De momento cumple muy bien su función y las recomiendo.

Dopo più di un anno di utilizzo di contenitori acquistati precedentemente da questo venditore, sempre dello stesso modello di cui mi ritengo molto soddisfatto, ho acquistato il lotto da 6 contenitori trasparenti da 20 L con relativi tappi a chiusura ermetica. Il tappo è dotato di guarnizione molto efficace contro la polvere, che chiude ermeticamente il contenitore, grazie anche alle comode clip di chiusura. Il prodotto nel complesso è di ottima fattura, molto curato nei dettagli, robusto ed impilabile con altri contenitori uguali. Non condivido le recensioni negative che altri hanno lasciato, personalmente ho avuto sempre esperienze positive con questi contenitori. Amazon veloce ed impeccabile nella consegna come sempre. Il venditore è affidabile e molto professionale, in occasione del mio precedente acquisto ho avuto modo di contattarlo e l’ho trovato molto disponibile e rapido nel servizio di assistenza al cliente in caso di necessità. Ancora una volta assegno 5 stelle e consiglio l’acquisto.

J’utilise ces boites pour stocker les affaires de mon bébé. Elles sont plutôt solides. Le système de fixation est bien et surtout il y a un joint d’étanchéité très appréciable sur le couvercle ! J’ai réalisé 3 ou 4 commandes. Lors de ma dernière commande, un couvercle est arrivé cassé.
