This liquid is a bright orange, a sweet mixture which tastes somewhat like medicine. A measuring cup is provided to measure your daily 5ml dosage, and the bottle contains 130mls. The bottle will last for just under a month therefore and I certainly did find the bottle was done very quickly.I did not honestly feel much benefit to my sight after taking this daily for a month. However, it was an easy way to take these eyesight supplements in a single formula. One note is that the liquid may stain, so be careful not to spill it on anything valuable.
