I had a really bad stomach issue and thankfully I had Optibac on hand. Bad tooth was putting bacteria into my gut before I had a chance to see the dentist. Optibac to the rescue. Two of these a day straightened out my stomach. No more cramping, convulsing pain in my stomach. Can't say enough good about this probiotic. Taste is slightly sweet, easy to mix, EXCEPT in cold water. Just mix in room temp. water and drink.

Sadly, I have been suffering from constipation since having my gallbladder removed a few years ago. I have trialed the majority of OTC products (most caused increased gas pain) as well as prescription options (Amitiza caused severe gastritis, Linzess stopped working after a few weeks of daily use etc). While this product did increase gas discomfort for the first four days (as the label warns it may) this symptom has resolved. I did start promptly having once daily bowel movements after the first dose. It has been a month now since I first started this product and I find that while my stools may change (sometimes soft, others more firm), I am still pleased to be going at least once daily if not 2-3 times (smaller amounts). As noted in the other review, this product does travel from the UK and it did take approx. 3 weeks before it arrived. I will continue to be a daily user unless side-effects change/evolve. If this occurs, I will attempt to add an addendum.

Works well for me, it doesn't bother my stomach bad, a little gas but gas is normal especially with fiber .

The main thing that helped alleviate my daughter's constipation (she was only pooping once every 7-8 days) was to change her diet. Allergy testing have us a lot of direction once we realized she has IgE positives to dairy, soy, wheat, nuts, peanuts, shellfish, banana, rice and beef. We cut out all forms of dairy (including ghee, which she reacts to), grains (which are constipating), refined sugar, and latex fruits (constipating) and now she poops 3x a day! So much healthier!! Her poop was still a bit lumpy/firm so we added this probiotic on top of her 25 billion CFU Klaire Labs chewable probiotic and now her poops are soft/smooth and she can pass them without struggle.

for someone that suffers with chronic colitis, this probiotic is just too strong for me. I believe it is due to the added fiber but it caused much discomfort and pain and I stopped using it after only 6 packets

This product is amazing it worked after using it for only one day. Just try and be patient, it comes from the UK and takes awhile to get it.

My wife actually ordered this due to indigestion at night and in the morning. Since she has been using it for over a month, it has help reduce the discomfort that comes in the morning and her gut health has greatly improved. I take it myself too and it taste really good when mixed with Greek yoghurt. This helps too. It’s perfect value for money
