I bought this for my mother because she dries out in the winter despite using a thick moisturizer. We realized it was her cleanser that was drying her out so she switched to this one. She reports back that it is good for sensitive skin and it has a faint fragrance scent to it. It's a good base for her at night and the moisturizing properties last faintly on her skin even after washing her face in the morning. I haven't noticed any other benefits other than that though. I think this could also be used for makeup removal since it is an oil until water is added to it.
