Very pleased indeed with this purchase. The curtain pole was no disappointment - very happy with the quality, appearance & general sturdiness of everything. The finials are pleasingly weighty. Naturally, the curtains/rings easily glide to and fro (unlike on my prior wooden pole). Bought a longer pole, hence needing the central join. The insert to hold and strengthen the join is easy to ...erm .. insert! and is very discreet, plus the joint is hidden behind the centre bracket anyway.Although an adequate number of rings are provided with the pole (1 ring for every 10cms of pole) I did order extra rings anyway. This is just a personal preference for more gathers - but you can hang the curtains well enough with the ones provided.The whole thing has an elegant look.I will happily order from here again, the next time I'm replacing curtain poles.

This is the second pole we've purchased from this company and we're very happy with it. The one caveat is that on the instructions it tells you to place the bracket about 2.5cm from the edge of the window. This is way too close. I wish we'd copied the one we purchased previously since we used existing holes from the previous curtain pole and the spacing was perfect. In essence, if you put the bracket too close to the edge of the window, when you open the curtains they cover part of the window, blocking out some of the light.

These are the same as ones I paid £45.00 each. They are very good I bought 300mm poles X2. I actually ordered one bigger then I needed and cut it bespoke to my window for a perfect fit (make sure you cut each end equally so the centre joint still lines up with center bracket don't just cut one end) the hoops are good quality and there is plenty , the balls on the end are also good. The poles are covered in a plastic film which protects them so when you peel it off the poles really do look factory fresh. I've got heavy curtains hanging from my lounge and the pole is fine. Everything needed was included packaged very well I would recommend and would buy again.

The whole thing is borderline: - there's a keyhole in each brackets. Nice idea except the screws are too large for the holes... - bracket legs are rather short (tough for top screws if your curtains are heavy) - screws to hold pole in place in bracket (1) cannot be turned when bracket is on wall, unless you have a really short screwdriver (2)don't hold the pole well anyhow (3) threads were likely made before bracket was bent to shape so screws are hard to fitIn the end it works, but all this is pretty annoying and time-consuming.

I ordered three curain rails. They arrived quickly, very well packed with all items well protected. The instructions included were good, although having put up similar rails in the past helped. The quality of the rails was as good as a I've bought from well-known retail park outlets, but these were much cheaper, making them excellent value for money. Thoroughly recommended.

The advert was misleading and this item has now been returned.The ‘satin finish’ was in fact a very shiny chrome finish and certainly not as pictured in the advert. The 240 cm pole also came in two parts, an important detail that was buried in tiny print at the foot of the advert., and for me made it not fit for purpose in addition to that unexpectedly shiny finish. The customer service was poor, in fact the worst I’ve ever experienced through Amazon, unhelpful, indeed hostile. Before ordering read the advert closely and also read the other one star reviews so you’ll know what to expect when you receive your product and it’s not at all what you were led to expect. Avoid.

Now fitted in a newly decorated bedroom and it looks great. An excellent quality brushed chrome effect pole and finials.Easy to install on the stubstantial included brackets. All fixtures and fittings are in the pack although I did use my own wall plugs. Instructions, though brief, are concise and informative.There could do with the inclusion of more rings, I ordered 6 more, from the same seller, separately along with matching curtain hold backs.I did have to cut mine and as per intructions the cut ends are in the middle and behind the centre bracket. An effective, invisible method to join the two tubes together is used too.One of the rings I received was missing the curtain hook hanger but an e-mail to the seller soon resolved that by them quickly sending out a replacement.
