It'll it's good enough for VGG, it's good enough for me
I had one of those screw together glass & plastic filters on my '63 C10 and came across some horror stories of them loosening up in spring fuel all over the hot engine and burning down people's vehicles. My truck is very sentimental to me as it was my grandfather's service truck for the gas station he owned. I've been watching a lot of vice grip garage. Derek Bieri, the main guy revives old cars and this is the filter he uses on every one. I trust him more than I do large corporations in their commercials. It's been working well for months now and I would have to say the quality is very good. It's nice that it's clear so you can see the fuel and color of the filter medium. This fuel filter is definitely worth the money and piece of mind for it not to come parts because it's all one piece so there's nothing that can unscrew and leak fuel.

I've always trusted Wix
I restored a 1981 Ford F-100. It had dual tanks but it sat for quite a while without running and that is very bad with today's gasoline. Pretty much the entire fuel system needed replaced and necessitated removal of both fuel tanks. Even though I had them pretty clean, I still had contamination present and carry these Wix filters in the event I need to do a quick change, which has happened several times now but is getting better. These filters have excellent functionality with no issue with fuel flow considering the engine is the 300 straight six. I like the clear filter as it simplifies any questions as to the filters health.

Fuel filters to keep your carburetors clean
I bought these from Amazon so I could replace the ones that are getting old and dirty on my old automobiles that I own. These are a must if you wanna keep the dirt out of your carburetors thank you Amazon.
