It took 3 DAYS for a return call. The person I spoke to seemed to get everything set up and was helpful. So I was hopeful. I gave my phone no. and info., then I was to get an email to give other family members my dad may want to call/ be notified of any emergency or if he needed us. The email I received stated there was no product registered the account when I attempted to give the info. requested in the email. Well I figured, as long as it’s there for him and they have my info. we’ll deal with it for now. The button worked when we tested it by the machine. His cellular access was 100%. Then he fell within a few weeks. The extra $10/ month fall protection- worthless. The button, worthless. He was about 3-4ft from the device. Thank goodness he was able to crawl to his phone. I called guardian and they stopped charges and are crediting my account. I haven’t tried to return the device to Amazon yet, I see I’m outside of the window, but didn’t know when my dad would fall.
