This has been a great food for my small dog. The kibble size is perfect for smaller mouths, and my dog eats it eagerly without leaving anything behind. I’ve noticed good digestion, consistent energy, and a healthy-looking coat since switching. I like the quality ingredients and trust the Pro Plan brand. It’s become a staple in our household.

My dog is 10 years old and he has been on Pro Plan his whole life. He loves the chicken pieces. Every time I put a bowl down for him he eats immediately. When done he looks at me licks his lips and smiles. Like saying thanks I loved it. His body is perfect thanks to an outstanding dog food.

My dog loved this food, she’s been on this food for well over a year now and her coat has improved as well as her muscle mass. The food quality is always on point the formula hasn’t changed that I’ve noticed. I live that’s there’s actual shredded chicken and rice in the food as well I think that’s pretty cool appearance wise and ingredient wise so I know what my dog is digesting rather than that regular ole kibble. I’ll always stick by this food unless I have problems with it.

I liked that the dog food had a probiotic. My dog loves it so it’s a big cell for me.

Mix (3) brands of dog food for my (2) young Frenchies. Recommend stainless steel long drill bit w/ "mixer" tip & of course good quality rechargeable drill rather than mix by hand as every Frenchie breeder seems to have their own personal preference. Obviously this is one of (3) brands along w/ Next Level & drawing a blank on 3rd. Pretty sure 3rd is a cheap brand that helps my Frenchies enjoy their dog food. Helps save $ & don't bother to look @ ingredients as "Lady, they're my dogs, not yours". What makes me happy is a nice solid poop. It's the little things in life (N.P.I.) that make me happy.

My dog loved this food. He will consistently eat it without complaint. His coat is shiny and vibrant, and he loves meal time. The small bits are perfect for him, he is only 9 pounds. He is very healthy and the vet has constantly stated that he has a great coat and attitude. While it is more expensive than some of the store brands, I love this food and will always be a Purina pro plan customer. My dog has a very sensitive stomach and had struggled with diarrhea and vomiting prior. He never did well on other foods. I feel a lot of piece of mind that my dog is eating such a well balanced and vet complaint food. The only quirk is that my little dude scatters the food across the floor to dig out all the shredded chicken bits first haha.

We love this dog food for our mini dacshund and our scottie. It has both crunchy and chewing bit that they really seem to like. I made a mistake recently and bough the same brand but wrong size and the daschund would not tough it so I believe this is his favorite food! It's also gentle on his stomach. It doesn't smell bad like some dog foods and does not produce noxious gas in the dogs. The ingredients appear to be very health for them. Our vet also recommends the pro plan so we feel confident using this for them. This small breed fomulation has smaller bits they both enjoy but the Scottie, she'll eat anything. Definitely not as picky as the dacshund.

Purina Pro Plan Savor Adult Shredded Blend Small Breed Chicken & Rice Formula Dry Dog Food - (1) 6 lb. Bag This kibble has fairly random shapes. .. not a uniform kibble. Looks almost like freeze dried food but of course it isnt.. Took a while for my dog to start eating it since my dog is pretty picky but he's getting the hang of it and liking it more than previous kibble (which was really expensive carna4). I will try to see how this works out and report back --- so far so good. --- After using full bag. My dog officially likes this specific kibble most. I stopped buying carna4. I repurchased this product.
