I heard that taking 400 mg of magnesium glycinate at night helps with sleep and feeling more refreshed in the morning, so I ordered this. I didn't have the highest hopes but it works! I had previously taken magnesium, but not the glycinate form. That did not do anything for me. But this product does! Pros: I struggle some nights going to sleep because of restless leg syndrome, racing thoughts, etc. I take one of these about an hour before bed, drink a glass of water, and it really helps. Is it a placebo effect? Maybe, but I don't think so. I ordered it for my adult daughter, too, who lives away at college. She really struggles with insomnia and it's greatly helped her, too. She has even had a couple of prescriptions for sleeping meds. So far, she has been taking only the magnesium at night for about two weeks. I'm so thankful to have found something to help her sleep! Cons: I really don't know of any at this point. Am I feeling more refreshed in the mornings? I don't think so, but falling asleep at night is the reason I ordered them and that's a win! The tablets are small enough that they're not hard to swallow. There's no aftertaste or anything. I am seriously impressed!

I have used other magnesium supplements. So, I compare this product to them. These are tablets, not capsules. They are like slim footballs. (I tried to leave a photo, but the app wouldn't let me.) Some other tablets are huge, these are about half the bulk for the same amount of magnesium. That makes them easier to swallow. They are also super slippery. In fact, I have to work to pick them up with my big fingers. That makes them easy to drop, too. Stay over a counter or table so you don't have to search the floor. But, the slippery surface also makes them easier to swallow. All in all, I prefer these to other brands because they are so easy to swallow.

These contain the formula that doctors recommend. (Magnesium Glycinate) They don't upset your stomach. One table is a full 400 mg while some competitors require multiple tablets to get that amount.
