Easy to understand moves with demonstrations.
It shows and explains each move. I love that a book and actual DVD came with it. Digital download I had a hard time.

Digital download?
I thought I would be able to get a digital download that would list the exercises for each of the 4 workouts. I cannot find info on any download. The download would be so much easier than going through each workout and write down the order of exercises.

Mainly bought this DVD because it promised a digital download. Nowhere in the packaging or on the DVD is a link to the digital download.
