Personally I loved them. It's clear they were freshly preserved, stuffed with their own tentacles, YUM! The sauce is not overwhelming by any means, it's very well paired with the calamari. Calamari did not fall apart when I picked it up, it maintained It's shape which I also loved. Texture was on point. Recommend!!

Was able to cut it up to 8-9 pieces, and put on soft bread, it blew us away. A treat beyond caviar in my opinion.. something decadent, opening notes dont have a metal smell.. and it's something that I guarantee your guests or you have rarely had. Would buy again 10/10

I really wish this product wasn't so pricey, otherwise I'd be eating it all the time. I LOVED making a good paella with this Calamari. It doesn't have a rubbery texture like most tinned squid and instead is very meaty, and the sauce is very delicately flavored and isn't spicy like I thought it would be for some reason. I will say it stains granite countertops so be careful while opening!
