Is the texture of the towelette gentle on sensitive areas of your skin like your eyelids? Is it wasteful because you may not use the whole tissue?

They are very gentle. Like all towelettes, you may only use a small portion of the wipe if only taking off your eye makeup for example. If I am just using a small section of the wipe to take off a little make up, I just fold it up and put it back in the package to use again later. These are my favorite towelettes on the market!

Are thes all right to use on dry skin?
