Not as durable for the price
Won’t encourage others to buy this product, wish I hadn’t, a headlight went out after 3 uses and I paid way to much for anything to go wrong with it……now I’m stuck with a piece of crap 2500 dollars

DO NOT INVEST
This product is supposed d to be a life changing vessel to support my immobility. However, for the price I purchased in October and opened the box in January. I did not realize that I had 30 days and with the manufacture I am expected to pay for labor and delivery to the shop. This is ridiculous and I blame Amazon if they continue tinsel this faulty product!!! EVRider is a no!!!!!!' NO!!!!

This is only made for smooth payments or floors.
I probably would not buy again. However the battery is unbelievable how long it last. I tried to order a second battery and I just hope there customer service is not as bad. I never got a answer back. Like I said I would not buy again.

Worthless scooter
Scooter went dead after 4 months. Contacted company. They had no ideal what was wrong with scooter. One said circuit breaker. Another said battery and it would cost $650 to replace battery. How can something go down within 4 months. Buyer beware. Please do not buy. Save yourself the headache.

They won’t take it back to replace it
I got one it is expensive it only lasted 4 months before I but into something but mistake and a noise started a sound and when I called to have it replace they wouldn’t do it you couldn’t get another one they told me to call the company yhat makes it and he send me a vidio tell me how to fix it why do I have to fix it it’s your era but it look easy just remove 4 screws and open it cut a purple wirer tape it put back and it will never happen again well the screws wouldn’t come out no matter how hard I tryed and someone else tryed though screws won’t come out so I had to get a refund back that’s a shame you should have send someone to my home to fix it almost 2,000 dallors you are crazy so don’t buy it cause it will happen to you too sooner or later sorry if this happens to you put if you see this then buy it I hope you get the help you need have a grate day
