This Pumpkin seed oil tastes amazing! I wanted to start taking it daily because it is supposed to help with hair loss. Research shows that pumpkin seed oil lowers the hair loss hormone DHT. So I thought I would give it a try. But I was worried about the taste. I have tried other types of oils. Olive oil is one type for example and I struggle to take it like I am supposed to because of the taste. But this oil is different. This oil tastes nutty. Almost like peanut. It is quite nice. So after trying it and enjoying it I was all in. I started taking it religiously. 1 tsp every morning. The only problem was that it sold out and I couldn’t get this specific brand when it came time for another bottle. I figured that it was fine. That I would pick another brand. That pumpkin seed oil is the same across the board. They had to taste the same, I figured. Well…they DON’T! The other brand was very bland. It almost had no flavor. It just wasn’t pleasant taking a tsp of it every morning. So as soon as this brand came back in stock I scooped it up. The other nice thing about this brand is that it is from the Styrian region of Austria which is very important to getting the best pumpkin seed oil. Now I know it’s a little pricey but if you are looking for a tasty oil that you can put on pretty much anything or you are looking for the health benefits of a good oil, I promise the price is worth it. It’s too early for me to say that it’s helping with hair loss. That info will have to come later. But I have noticed my skin feels slightly softer. Maybe it’s from the oil. Maybe it’s not. Either way I am going to keep taking this oil daily because we all need our omega 3’s and this is a very easy way to get them. Hope this helps with your decision to try it or not.

Love this pumpkin seed oil. I pour it on everthing, even my dog's food. It's a great source of vitamins and healthy fats, works better than olive oil. It also has the benefits of pumpkin seeds, like antiparasitic. It has a nutty flavor, and combined with garlic it's delicious. Will be buying again.

I wish I could give it six stars! It has a rich, satisfying taste. When poured into a spoon, it reflects a clear ruby color. On salad, it's a dark green. I purchased it because Nicole Apelian said pumpkin seed oil helps with nocturnal urgency incontinence. I did start sleeping longer and more deeply. Wonderful product, produced according to tradition!

This is my very first purchase of Styrisn pumpkinseed oil and Schlacher & Sohne has NAILED IT!!!! I was so excited to receive this I immediately had to open it to give it a try. Not only was it super tasty it also has so many health benefits why wouldn’t you purchase this? It is delicious drizzled on vegetables, salads, fish and pretty much anything you would like to jazz up the flavor to. The oil is a dark green color very fragrant and just darn delicious. I put it in my Misto container so that I could spray it on everything! I highly recommend this product to anybody looking for a quality oil with many many health benefits. I know there are a lot of these on the market however I truly believe I made the best decision by purchasing this brand. I did a lot of research before deciding to take the plunge, and if you look at the reviews for this product you can see firsthand that there are many satisfied customers. This is something my husband uses occasionally. It tastes great and it is really helpful for male prostate problems.

Expensive for what it is. It has a ver distinct taste and very dark color. It makes food look odd if mixed in. If it's used as a garnish, not so bad.
