Some of the negative reviews say that the lever comes loose in the middle of a set. Can anyone verify if this is common? Seems dangerous.

Lever belts must be worn tight against the abdomen as it is that pressure that holds the lever locked in place. If the belt is set too loose the lever will not lock and will come open easily, which is apparent immediately. So if it is not locking in place the lever needs to be moved back and set tighter. It should be moderately difficult to close and clamp shut.

The belt I received was not an Inzer... wrong item was shipped to me. I need to ask questions in regards to exchange for the proper item.

You would need to contact the seller of the belt. If you bought from us, it is definitely an Inzer belt.

What size for a 47 waist?

Make sure the measurement is around the abdomen where the belt will sit, and not a pant size or true waist measurement. If that's the case, a 47" measurement puts you at the bottom of the 3xl size range of 47"-50" so that would be the safest bet.

Is there a way to place an order for the turquoise color in small?
