The Streamlight PolyTac 90 X was built for that moment. Its 90-degree head points the beam straight ahead while the light rides on your turnout coat, vest or harness, so both hands stay free for the hose, the tool or the patient. This light meets the 500Β°F requirements of NFPA 1970-14.2 (2025). Press the glove-friendly push-button switch and 500 lumens and 7,000 candela reach out 167 meters, enough to cut through smoke, read a scene or check a stairwell. Drop to the 85-lumen low mode for close work and longer run time, and the built-in power level indicator tells you where you stand before you head inside. A reversible, multi-position stainless steel clip locks onto MOLLE, turnout gear, harnesses and radio straps, and the integrated carabiner-style D-ring gives you even more ways to hang it. The yellow body is molded from high-impact, chemical-resistant nylon with a sure-grip texture, sealed behind an unbreakable polycarbonate lens with an anti-scratch coating. It is IPX7 waterproof to 1 meter for 30 minutes and impact tested to 1 meter. Backed by Streamlight's limited lifetime warranty, the PolyTac 90 X is the right-angle light firefighters, EMTs, industrial crews and inspectors can clip on and count on, shift after shift.
