I have severely damaged hair from doing root touch-ups every month, and my roots are very curly, so this is usually something I need to get done at a salon. But with prices going up so much lately, I decided to try this kit. I did it myself at home, and it turned out so well—I’m honestly so happy with the results. My hair didn’t break at all, and it didn’t cause any extra damage. The only thing is that the smell is a bit strong afterward, so make sure to ventilate the room well.

I’ve been struggling with my hair my whole life. I’m 42 years old and I’m mf tired!! I’ve tried so many relaxers from mild, to super, lye, no lye, texlax, just for me, and I’ve even gone natural. No matter what I couldn’t get far with my length and my hair would break it required so much effort. But this system!! Omg my hair is silkier. Far less tangled and softer. Most of all it’s not breaking as easily as it used to. I’ve used it twice so far and I still have enough for another treatment. One tip: if you have 4c or very kinky hair. You may need to retouch every 8-12 weeks. Any longer may lead to breakage depending on how much new growth you have. Follow directions carefully, when applying straightening product hair should be clean and wet.

I definitely recommend this product. Using this at home is much faster and cheaper than going to the salon to get my hair done. It is also effective ensuring your hair is permanently straightened after using it. If you have shorter hair, you can use this product twice before running out.

Did not work. Followed exact steps and exact timing. Did not even slightly help perm my hair. Made my perfectly healthy hair fall out and caused a crazy amount of breakage.

Straightens hair extremely well, however unlike other Japanese straightening products that I've used in the past This one seems to still be baaaaarely but slightly active even after using the neutralizer? It seems like it takes a few months but then you see your hair starting to break off. My only recommendation is to use a neutralizing shampoo and conditioner afterward? Not really sure what to do in this case...

Great and doesn’t damage hair do not leave on to long.

I used this Shiseido cream since 10yrs ago, it’s work to me and my sister. But you have to apply properly and make hair straightener. How long you leave to apply the 1st cream is dependent on the hair type and condition. I did so many experience of hair rebounding at saloon so I learn from them. That’s help me to do by myself.
