Love the chairs! It was hard to find a set of theater chairs that would fit our space and these were perfect, in the color we wanted, and with the complete regiment of recline, lumbar, and headrest adjustment. They arrived in perfect condition and very well packaged. Comes in two large boxes that were palletized, and each box contained a base and back separately wrapped inside. The backs slide into the base and only require reconnecting the headrest and lumbar control wiring. These wires are connected and labeled inside the box so be careful when unpacking and lifting the back off of the seat base - unplug them first before taking the back and base out of the carton. The connectors for combining the sections together are integral and swing out on one side and slide into a post on the other section, automatically locking them together. The seating is large and two people can comfortably sit side-by-side. I find them more comfortable as a recliner than as an upright chair and the seating is fairly firm. The construction looks great and nicely finished. So far, everyone that has come to visit and try them, loves them. Two old guys were easily able to carry the 4 sections in and assembly was simple. Very happy with the price point and have exceeded our expectations! Don't know if I'll use the detachable tables much - kind of in the way but they're there if you wish to have them.

We decided to break away from the traditional couch/sectional, & look at theater seating. We chose Valencia theater seats, & bought the Tuscany line, in a row of five. We're very glad we did. They look great, & it all arrived without damage. Not only do they look beautiful, but the functionality is outstanding. They feature the controls you'd expect to recline the seat, but also provide excellent, adjustable, lumbar support, & an excellent, adjustable headrest. Lumbar support is especially good - a feature that prompted immediate, positive comments. Overall, the seats are very comfortable, & provide firm - not saggy - support for legs. If so inclined, sleep comes very easy with these seats. Also helping to eliminate distractions or irritants, the motor/gear assemblies raising/lowering the various features are almost whisper quiet. In the reclining position, the adjustable headrest complements the other features perfectly, & provides the head/neck support you desire while watching TV, a movie, or simply relaxing. Individual arms (with plenty of storage space - this is where the swivel table is stored), in between each chair, make sure each person has enough room & arm support, no matter what everyone else is doing. The swivel table accessories are another great addition to the list of features. When in use, the tables will block the cup holder on that arm, but one of the reasons we got the row of five was that it provided plenty of adjacent cup holders while using the table. Of course, the table, itself, can also hold drinks, & isn't so large as to get in the way. Delivery was also excellent. Estes Express provided the shipping, & used Crossroads Courier to make the final delivery. That part of the delivery was particularly smooth. Giovanni, the driver for Crossroads understood precisely what had to be done with three large pallets of furniture, weighing almost 900 pounds. He placed it all exactly where we wanted it to start the unboxing. Of all the deliveries we've had, this was the best. Crossroads Courier, Estes Express, & Valencia can truly be proud of such a smooth process. Throughout the entire process, Valencia (Bethany), & Estes made sure communication flowed freely, offering help every step of the way. And, much to our delight, delivery was a day earlier than the original, three-day-delivery projection.

The two-set sofa arrived in two very well packed boxes. The driver lowered the boxes to the drive and put them into the garage. Your delivery service will vary by location. The on-line instructions are very well done and the box sort of unpacks and unrolls into place. This is definitely a two adult job as each box is marked 120 pounds. The package is mostly sturdy cardboard. As evidence on how well they do the little things they wrap the nasty styrofoam in plastic wrap so the little white balls don't end up everywhere. Well done! Assembly was easy. The two halves of the sofa are aligned from and back and just slid together and a clever system has one side biting onto the other side. I put my wife on one side and I on the other and just sort of leaned together and click they locked together tightly. No wrenches, no nuts, no bolts ... just spin the little thing with the teeth around so it faces the other side of the sofa and push. The fit and finish of the leather, foam, and frame is impeccable. The sofa feels study and solid. The foam in the bottom seat cushion is a firm "sports car" like feel, there's a bit of padding on the arms, and the two pads that touch in the middle are 'sittable' they're comfortable enough. I'm 5'10" and 210 pounds and the seats were plenty big enough. Sitting in them there's plenty of room for a thick blanket wrap. Each of the three seats has smooth 'analog' adjustments through their range. As you recline the legs kick out a bit and then the back starts reclining. The head rest runs up and down smoothly without pinching. The lumbar support can make sitting long periods more enjoyable. In side each deep side pocket was a beautiful black carbon fiber accessory tray that was a perfect fit for my iPad Pro or a bucket of popcorn. The cup holders are illuminated blue as is the footwell of each seat. I'd give six stars if it was heated. This is a very high quality sofa that can be delivered right to your doorstep. I also bought the matching single seat recliner too.

It was well beyond time for us to get a new couch and I wanted something that was comfortable, well-made, reclined, and had lumbar support. I looked through many options and saw connected theater seats were a great option. Realizing that a decent reclining couch with the basic options we wanted was going to be at least $1500, I bit the bullet and decided that with these options, it made sense to go a bit more upscale, especially since so few couches had the lumbar support customization we needed. Finding that we could get free Prime shipping and finance it with our Amazon card over 12 months made me realize it could be a reality. Within 2 hours of clicking the buy button on Amazon, the great company service started to show: I was contacted by a service rep to verify my address and given a personal line to call. Three days before delivery, I got another call giving me a date and 4 hr window for a delivery. Our driver couldn't find our address at first but came back and left the boxes right at our front door. One thing I wish that I had done was to better understand that you will receive 2 boxes that weigh 110 lbs each shrink wrapped on a pallet, so get help as you need it! We also had steep stairs to our loft so getting the boxes upstairs was a bit of a struggle. Other than that, a breeze: assembly was completed in minutes by watching a 3 min video on your phone as a walkthrough- they even had a sticker over the box opening for you to scan the instruction video QR code. I went out for a quick 15 min to grab a bottle of wine to celebrate our new seating and returned to find my friend relaxing on the couch! And it is DEFINITELY relaxing! While it is true that the foot and back recliner aren't independent, you aren't laying back that far at all with your feet up - the back reclines much farther when you want to fully lie down. I also love that we can turn the lighting off, (which many models don't have), and that in receiving this on a 90 degree day in an upstairs room not that well air conditioned that the leather felt cool and comfortable. 3 storage areas for remotes, snacks, a book or two are also great and it's also seriously "compact" in the arm room which I like; the space is given to the seats, not an overstuffed armrest. Bottom line is that we are very happy with our purchase!

I have always been leary of ordering furniture online but shopping in-store we weren’t able to find just what we wanted. We found this set of theater chairs and decided to take a chance. I’m so glad we did! They came packed so nothing possible could go wrong. It was very easy to slide both chairs together. We had to disconnect the power headrest and lumbar support cables but Valencia had tags on each cord marked so you can reconnect without guessing which one went where. The leather is beautiful and so comfortable. I like the adjustable headrest. No more neck pain. We are going to enjoy using the chairs for many years. Definitely a quality product at a very good price.

We absolutely love these seats. Let's begin with the order. I was contacted by the seller within an hour thanking us and requesting some additional info for the shipping company. Next I heard from the shipping company and surprised to learn they would like to deliver two days early. Ours seats arrived by freight on two pallets which the shipper took with him at our request. You will learn quickly these are well built seats and as such heavy. We used furniture rollers to get them into the home. See my photos for the unpacking. Assembly was easy and very straight forward. We choose the dark chocolate color and it is just gorgeous. The seat controls are very convenient and included USB connection. There are many accessories available and we choose the trays one per seat which do store in the large storage under the armrest. Seats have led lighting which are so beautiful in the evening and illuminate the cup holder. The operation is very quiet. No rubbing sounds and so smooth. If you hold the led light button in the seat will reset fully without the need to use each button to sit up. In conclusion I received not one but two followup calls from the company thanking us and asking if we had any questions. This review is 100 % from us and we did not receive any compensation what so ever to give it. I highly recommend.

Very comfortable chairs. The leather was very nice to the touch at arrival, but gotten even more pleasant after a few hours of using them as was described in the manual. The size is perfect for my average height family. Putting them together is also very easy with the hardest part. Make sure you measure your doorways and figure out how to carry them to the basement, as these are quite heavy and big. The only downside I’ve noticed so far - lumbar support piece is great when you sit, but since it is not moving with the position of human body when you recline, it may not be as comfortable when you lay down and often needs to be brought back to a default position. Tray tables are also nice, but hoping for an option with more adjustment points to not block the cup holder and be able to bring the tray closer and higher when I sit. Also wish the optional armrest divider was included with the loveseat, because getting it separately in non-black is lengthy and pricy.

The chairs are decent for the price, but I strongly recommend not purchasing the extended warranty. After buying, you’ll get a call from Valencia pushing a warranty through CPS (Consumer Priority Services). That company is unreliable — they look for any excuse to deny claims and label legitimate issues as ‘wear and tear.’ Save your money. There are plenty of online reviews detailing similar experiences, but I learned the hard way and hope this helps others avoid the same mistake
