We have been taking this for few months now, and we have seen huge increase in our memories and in energy. Whole family takes it. This is a must supplement in our family now. I will be definitely ordering more. Bacopa and Gotu Kola in this are really helping us use our mental abilities to the maximum, and Ashwagandha is producing GABA effect which really works as calming agent and all three help in focus and concentration. We all in the family have seen drastic changes in our everyday lives. Thanks to Himalaya, always trusted this brand. Just remember to quit for couple of weeks after taking it for 3-4 months or so, and start back on. With my experience, I have noticed that ayurvedic supplements work best if I give break after few months of use.

Mindcare is the ultimate in memory assistance. After smoking way too much for years, my memory was shot. I'm only 28, so that's obviously a bummer. I quit smoking and my memory improved for a few months til it plateued. I was grateful for the improvement but it wasn't like before. Old memories were hazy at best, and the way I experienced things in the past was less crisp to me. Upon starting mindcare there was nothing spectacular until about halfway through the bottle. Details started to pop up alongside broad overviews of what happened. I can remember smells, the weather, the people who were there, the wallpaper, etc. All of the little things I had lost before. And my mood improved as well, which was an added bonus. If you're thinking about Mindcare for mood or memory then I definitely recommend.

I ran out of the Himalya Bacopa (the one with only bacopa in it) months ago and just didn't think to buy it. I noticed during the time without it my memory got so bad. I felt spaced out all the time, when people would talk to me I would zone out immediately, even when I was driving I would zone out almost completely. There were times when I would be studying or reading and I felt like my brain would just stop working and I had to just stop because I couldn't understand anything. It was very frustrating because i'm only 24. Because I am bi polar I have memory problems and Bacopa was helping a lot, but I stopped taking it for so long I couldn't remember what I was missing! lol. I prayed to God to help me and I found this product that has Bacopa & Got Kola (which I have taken on its own as well and helped a lot) It has only been literally a week and I feel like I have my mind back! I can think clearly, I can focus more when people are talking to me, I feel very happy, and I have alertness and high mental energy. I truly believe these wonderful herbs are a gift from Jehovah God, and that is why they work so well! I also take ashwaghanda that helps with anxiety and to calm my thoughts, St. Johns Wort to give me a stable mood, and I drink Kefir daily which helps amazingly well to create serotonin and makes my anxiety almost no existent. Give nature a try please, you have to find what works for you, and you won't be disappointed. :)

I like to try various supplements on occasion to see if they might aid what they claim to. For a while I had been taking Gardenia Cambodia to help with weight but found that the increased serotonin from it also led to a more even mood and calming effect. Since the primary ingredient in this supplement is said to increase serotonin (feel good hormone in the brain) I was curious to see if it had similar results. I decided to take only 2 pills in the morning and not take the pm dose. After a couple of weeks I found that these did contribute to a slight increase in energy but did not feel that my focus had improved. Around this time I also became more sensitive to caffeine because I was jittery after drinking my normal dose of coffee in the morning. Within a week of this I noticed that my dreams became somewhat more intense and unpleasant. For me, these changes told me that the supplement does effect serotonin because a change in dream quality is a common side-effect. Also, this supplement might very well have a positive effect on a person's ability to focus (even though I didn't), but because everyone's brain chemistry they might not experience it. As a therapist, I have known many individuals who respond differently to medications, so keep this in mind when you're taking it. If you're concerned about any possible side-effects, I might suggest the single AM dose to start. The negative PM reaction that some have reported might be the result of the serotonin and supplement levels decreasing. Again, each person responds to medications and supplements differently. If you decide to take this slow and try it for a couple of months, just be sure to be consistent with when you take it, make deliberate changes to your regimen, and give the change a few weeks to be in full effect. This is how a doctor is going to approach the situation to see if a med works. In fact, they often like to check in with their patients after a week. Hope this helps.
