Works fairly quickly, use it for the kids, they're not overly keen on the taste .. but thats kids. They don't refuse it. Normally its working by the next day. Maybe two days if they are backed up. As an adult, I quite like the taste. Tastes a bit like liquorice.

Gently gets the bowels moving and I love the taste. The price is really good value too, compared to Boots where I first came across the product.
