does it come w/ a warranty?

Amazon refunded my money when I returned it. Reception was weak for the public radio station I bought it for. It could not hold the signal and was tricky to program. I never tried the limited warranty. Amazon took care of me. Bill

The Uwater7 radio and earpiece has worked very well for me since receiving it. Although I do not emerge it swimming laps, this system has met my expectations in a recreational swimming setting. The battery unit consistently holds its charge and the earpiece works nicely with plenty of cable length to attach to swim cap, baseball cap or PFD.
