Luther Cantatas

Telemann wrote music to appeal to church congregations and this recording shows that. No where near as complex as the Bach cantatas but very enjoyable nonetheless.

Wir hatten im Aachener Dom die letzte der 4 Kantaten mit der Gächinger Cantorey vor Weihnachten gehört - eine erste Begegnung mit Telemann-Kantaten.Spontan haben wir über Amazon diese Aufführung bestellt und sind sehr begeistert! Ein totaler Genuss und sehr gute Solisten.
