Great recovery drink!
It's actually quite hard to find good quality recovery drinks that aren't full of sweetener or thickeners. But Powerbar Recovery Active uses simple ingredients and tastes pretty good with skimmed milk. Protein content and taste isn't quite as good as High5, but nice to try something different. I run 3 to 4 times a week and always have a shake post run, really helps with recovery and soreness.

Its okay but ended up moving on to another brand. Flavour could be better…i’d say you could get better products elsewhere that cost the same or less. No stomach issues but everone is different… I had it with water and milk and both are ok

Does the job
Perfectly good recovery drink which thankfully hasn’t been marred by the penchant for artificial sweeteners that other brands use nowadays. A fairly neutral taste for the chocolate version, not too sweet and easily drinkable. I use it in milk.

This product is not a recovery, because it does not have that effect, I have tried it several times and it does not have the function of the name, for me it is a misleading product.
