Rockford Fosgate M282-WAKE M2 Wakeboard 8-Inch Tower Speaker, Black

Fast shipping!! Had them from CarAudio Closeout in 3 business days. And they look awesome on my Titan Tower!! Wires run through the mounting brackets so all wiring is hidden. Required a 3/8" drill bit to drill the hole to run the wire harness through underside of the tower. The harness that attaches to the speakers is about a foot long, so you will need to run wire up to the speakers. I used high quality 12 gauge speaker wire and fish tape to get it through the tower. The mounting bracket is flat on top so it fit underneath my light bar and an allen wrench for the bolts was provided, which was nice. The speakers can be removed from the brackets by unscrewing the back bolt by hand and unclipping the wire harness. They can be rotated 360 degrees so you can point them in any direction. And they sound crystal clear, I was pretty impressed! And best of all was the price, I didn't find a better one anywhere else."

Buyer be ware, the picks all show the mounting brackets for a tube style wakeboard tower, but when the box shows up they ARE NOT included. Must be purchased seperately for roughly 80$. Also, picks show a quick release screw for the swiveling mechanism, also not in the box, it's a straight Allen screw, so they swivel, but you have to bust out an Allen wrench to do it.

Great sound but not that easy to install and take down. Already broke a wiring, had to order new one due to the speaker fell off driving down the highway.....

At first I was worried about the sound quality of these vs a Wet S setup but these are awesome. Crystal clear with no distortion from low volume to max. Everything in this setup is quality. My only complaint is the small harnesses they give to tie into with was not crimped properly and caused a little grief finding new pins to fix the connector. But overall a great product and great quality sound.

These speakers have great sound and great bass (without being over-powering). What surprised me the most was the efficiency, i.e., how great they sounded at a low volume. I use to have to crank up my stereo to get sound ... these speakers react at about 1/3 the power, which, of course, leaves me with a lot more power to crank it up!

Upon taking these new speakers out of the box, one of the speakers had something rattling inside of it. It vibrates when being played and is noticeable at lower levels. Other than that, a good product.

Excellent sound , excellent price for the sound that comes out of these !! My boat has always sounded great while in it, but you had to turn it up more when outside of the boat and now I don't have too. Mounts are great, and appearance is great, nothing negative to say other than wish I was at the lake !
