easy refrence for keto
I started my keto diet and wanted a quick reference as to what i could and could not eat, after some searching i found this which is perfect because i can put it right on the fridge door, this keeps me on track so i do not go over my carbs when looking to cook something. Great idea!

I am very saticfied with this purchase. The charts are great for a quick reference. They are easy to read and have all the food groups and what their nutritional values are. They are super useful. I really like them.

Very Handy
Although I do like these magnetic cards, I didn’t really think it through that the front of my refrigerator is not metal and therefore I could not put them there like I wanted.

LOOKS GOOD HOWEVER I GOT 2 DAIRYS
I like the product I mean there magnets. Anything that can guide me to start keto Is good for me, I don’t know best yet lol. However, I would of gave it 5 ⭐️ but 1. My package was late and I have prime (but then again it could be weather related depending where it’s being delivered from). 2. I was sent two magnets of the same kind. Instead of the Nut/seed baking source I got two Dairy source. I’m not sure why 🤷🏻♀️. Anyhow, I guess it’s not such a big deal but when you pay you expect accuracy, but stuff happens we all male mistakes.

Good for the Beginner
I'd recommend these for someone starting out on Keto -- not so much for the long term keto follower. I was looking for something to remind me of keto options -- but this seems more fit for a newby, Cute with bright colors and it sticks well, but the writing is small and the pictures of the girl are unnecessary. Overall 3 stars.

Convenient and good quality.
I like that these are magnetic so that I can stick them on my fridge and refer to them as needed. I'm just getting started with keto, and my friends have told me that it's great for them, so I want to try it.
