Good product. Easy to fit it. Sturdy. Durability is good as we have been using this for more than 2 years now. The width can suit most people and it is adjustable making it very functional. Would definitely recommend.

Safety frame is easy to assemble & sturdy. But one draw back is the suction cup on the legs doesn’t work. It doesn’t firmly suction to the ground. So the frame keeps on moving when u put pressure on it. I have tried to keep the bathroom floor dry so that the suction works but it doesn’t. Dry or wet the suction cup is not doing its job.

I had bought it for my father after knee replacement, Although the product was easy to install and use. Have been following up with the company for the last 6 months or more for the floor grip rubber, but with no response. Sent them messages as well, no positive response till now as can't contact seller directly .

This is the second time I am ordering this wonderful product for seniors. This is an easy to fix simple solution for seniors who has difficulty getting up and sitting down on any standard western toilet commode. It's imported material, quality of the material used and workmanship is excellent. It can be easily fitted just by loosening two existing nuts on the toilet seat. Just tighten the nut to required flexibility, you are done. One can adjust height and breadth easily. It's light weight. Amazon price is lower than what is offered on product site considering the shipping charges. One I bought thru Amazon was despatched by India post which arrived with torn packaging luckily the material was intact and the packaging has bold print advertising the contents of the consignment.

Wouldn't call it sturdy. The vacuum suction is a lot to be desired. Without doubt, the toilet will be wet, thus making suction more difficult. Nevertheless, useful for my 91-year-old Dad. Would have preferred if it was sturdier.

it's extremely useful product for the elderly. light weight. very easy to setup, you can do it yourself. the one and only problem i had with the frame is its sturdiness. as it has only one arm each resting on the sides, its slightly wobbly, maybe if it had an extra leg at the back, it will be even more sturdy. overall great product.
