I tested it on myself for 2 weeks before putting it under her mattress.I’m 39 yrs old. I suffered from a crippling back pain, center of my back & to the right of my spine, due to being her 24-7 caregiver & constantly lifting her. I could not even sit or stand in any position to alleviate the pain. I cried daily. Heating pads & ice packs did not work. I also suffered from arthritis in my fingers and menstrual cramps that were so painful that I had to always call off of work or school or whatever appointment I had scheduled, for the first or second day of my period.
