Review: Satisfies home gym hamstring workout - Great little machine! Upper hamstring is where you feel it! The heavy you are the more resistance you need to get the hydroponic to go down. If you are to light you need to lower the resistance. In 130 and need to use only 10 because higher won’t go down. Easy to put together but the instructions were a little vague around attaching the hydraulic and support bar above the hydraulic. Over all In very happy i bought this!

**Q: What is the difference between your model and the DB Method?**
A: Not sure, we had a Cardioglide which was better. This is built in a similar way. Cardioglide no longer offered

**Q: What is the weight limit of the user??**
A: maximum user weight of 220lbs

**Q: How many pounds of resistance?**
A: 200 pounds

**Q: The hydraulic mechanism squeaks very loudly.  WD40 doesnt help.  Any suggestions?**

The quality for the low price is excellent. I wore out my first one though and need to buy a second. Which is partially why I only give four stars. Being a 200+ lb man, I feel it is a great product for the price. UPDATE(4 to 2 stars): after just a week of use this second unit piston is failing and now barely provides any resistance. I am very disappointed. UPDATE 2(2 to 4 star): Zoovaa has sent a replacement piston.
