Exhaust vent tube would be going through fiberglass wall Are there any issues with hot exhaust possibly melting the fiberglass?

Camping World installed ours on our 5th wheel. We haven't had any issues.

what is the inside diameter of the inner tube?

1.92" . The exhaust tube from the water heater just fits inside it. There isn't much clearance.
