Finally, toe separators that work for me!
Due to issues with my feet over the past few years, I’ve experimented with numerous types of toe separators. Made with different kinds of materials. To date, I haven’t found one that has overall worked well for me (which includes being comfortable). Keep in mind when you read these reviews, including mine, that everyone has different issues with their feet/toes, feet come in different sizes etc. Based on that, what works for one person may not work for others. The toes on my one foot were ‘squishing’ together & my chiropractor who provides me with shock wave therapy, recommended I use toe separators. He could see from the bottom part of my foot that the muscles were pulling my toes in the wrong direction (it wasn’t showing that from the top of my foot yet.) After reading reviews, I went with these. Why are these working for me? 1) I like the silicone material. It’s very comfortable, & it is flexible. 2). It separates my toes evenly. Add to that, in the process of separating, I’m not experiencing discomfort or pain. 3) I’m able to wear these around the house for hours without discomfort or pain. 4) These are the first separators that I’ve been able to wear with my sneakers on. That said, after about two hours of being on my feet, moving around a lot, I needed to take them off. 5). I don’t expect a miracle with these (or another other similar product). I think my goal is realistic. I want to retrain my toe muscles & get them back to their original (healthy) positions before they get beyond help (& surgery ends up being my only option). I use these in combination with massage, shock wave therapy, a EMS devise & rolling a ball under my foot to loosen up the muscles. In under a week, I’m seeing positive results from these toe separators. Should my experience change, I will update my review.

Comfortable and ease of putting them on
Comfortable to wear . Silicone is so soft . I have a very short small toe so it was more difficult to get the silicone toe separator sleeve around it but finally did go on . It stretches very nicely so I don’t feel any lack of circulation. I plan on wearing them at least an hour each evening moving up to three hours . I was able to put on loose socks and wear a pair of shoes with a very wide toe box over them . I’m very pleased with my purchase

I bought these AND Yoga Toes 👍 as both have their place, looking to avoid surgery!
I got these AND Yoga Toes, (these first), as of course, who wouldn’t want to save money, as I was going to just get these for myself, that’s that, but honestly, both have their place. I ended up buying the other and keeping both, and I use them in combination with one another. Let me explain. Yoga toes is a more serious stretch, it’s hardcore.. you will feel it, you will get results. they are easy to put on, and you’ll feel it rather quickly, and they do take getting used to, and you only wear them a short time each day, but then you will also reap the rewards from the bigger stretch that you can honestly, totally feel doing its job. Over time, you WILL see the results. (I have bad bunions on both feet. My big toes were going in.) This item here is great for stretch maintenance inbetween using Yoga toes, they are pliable and soft. Take care when putting them on, as they seem like they COULD snap with rougher care, but I’ve had no problem, just being careful, Is all. They are very stretchy, yet thinner material than the Yoga Toes are. (See my photos.) I love the feel though. I can walk with ease! They are more comfortable, because they give less of a stretch, so you can walk around, which is convenient, but I don’t think on their own they will yield any permanent results. Any results would take much longer to see IF they did. I think working in conjunction WITH Yoga toes (which I def. wanted the cheaper way out too, and thought I’d be returning the others), with these.. it’s not just for the name. You do get what you pay for with the Yoga Toes, and these too. I’ve kept both because I use the yoga toes every day for that hardcore stretch, and I’ve seen proof positive, and now I use these in between, and so I really swear by that combination as being an alternative to surgery, I truly do believe I won’t need it, thanks to these and those. I can wear these longer, so it’s good to have some stretch in between the ‘big guys’. You can’t wear yoga toes all day, and you should not do so. I recommend only wearing them resting on a couch, watching TV or something. Start slowly, but I never wear them for more than an hour or two per day.. but you work up to it. They DO work! These are more comfortable, but those are most effective, and together they get 10 stars, as surgery is not anything I want, nor does anybody. I have hammer toes too, and I’ve felt sooo much less foot pain after activity with my kids or just even too much walking, in my feet AND in my back.. it’s crazy! I also have a third Amazon bought brand, they come with one to easily use in your shoes. The name is Eosxrp bunion correctors. I got them on vine, so those were essentially free (just tax), but they are good at protecting your bunions on the sides during footwear use. Thin and wearable in most any shoes if these prove too large for that for you. These are well made, priced right, definitely will help, but get both these and the yoga toes if you have serious pain and/or other feet issues like myself. The combo seems to be the cure.. so far, so great here, and I’ll keep it going! 4 stars for these on their own. It’s a good brand, and if you can only buy one, inexpensive brand.. go with these. If you can afford the other or best yet both? Go for that! That is my highest recommendation if your feet started out bad like mine. (Bunions, hammer toes, pain in feet and back. It’s made a difference on ALL of them! ) I do recommend this product! For the price it is worth it! 4 stars ⭐️ *hope my review has been helpful :). The second photo shows you the stretch from the other. The pink Bodhi feet are shown on the left. They are highly comfortable for long term wear.*

Alright
They felt a little snug trying to put them on even though I got the bigger size because I have a big foot. So I see why ppl say it's not easily put on. They do feel uncomfortable when I wear em, but not sure if that's how they are supposed to feel. They are soft and look like good quality. I'll buy another brand and compare. No wow factor to them though.

Helpful Item for Squished Toes
I have seen toe separators advertised randomly throughout the internet. Finally, after a Yoga instructor I follow recommended some, I started taking the idea of these more seriously. I have slight bunions, but my bigger issue is the squished toes, where my little toes look like they're trying to hide behind the rest. Too skinny shoes for too long I guess. This has been bothering me more and more because I took up running in the last year and a half and it's getting more uncomfortable all the time. So I figured I'd try these and see how I feel. I've only had them about a week, so my review is really preliminary. However, in just that short time, I have noticed a huge difference in the flexibility and appearance of my feet. My approach is to basically wear them throughout the day as long as I can, when shoes are not required. As of right now, I can't yet wear them with shoes, too uncomfortable. But I did try a pair of shoes again this morning and it was much more tolerable than usual, so the difference is starting to show there too. I'm hoping to get to the point where I can keep them on when I go for a run, but baby steps and all that. I'm just happy I'm already seeing a difference. When it comes to discomfort, one thing I learned is that you don't have to jam them way down into the bottom of your toe-space area. That actually makes them painful. I make sure the gel pads are in the center of the space between my toes (toes are still spaced...spaced is spaced), like sort of at the middle knuckle area to try to describe it. Much more comfortable that way and still effective. Not that that is "wrong" placement...there's no guidance as to how far they should go. So if you try them and you experience pain, maybe check to see if you wedged the gel pad all way down and raise it up just a little bit. Not so it's sticking out above your toes, but just so it's not jammed into the bottom of the toe well. They clean easy and dry fast. And if you find them too sticky after cleaning, just use a little talcum powder and you're good. Oh, also, when choosing what "brand" you want, just keep this in mind...a gel pad is a gel pad is a gel pad.... It doesn't have to be expensive, it just has to work. (The yoga instructor I follow has a brand of these, but you get a 2 pack for twice the price of these...but that 2 pack consists of two different sizes and you only need one, unless your feet change sizes frequently which they don't. So don't get sucked into the price-saving idea of 2 pack unless you can find one that is 2 of the size you actually need.) So all in all, highly recommend. And just be patient with it. I started off at like 45 minutes of tolerance. And now I can walk around for hours. In just a week. Pros --helpful for foot appearance/helps to correct shape deformities --makes toes stronger and more flexible --inexpensive (but FSA/HSA eligible) --can relieve pain and pressure from things like bunions and morton's neuroma Cons (but not really) --can be difficult to wear in shoes (might always be uncomfortable in some shoes depending on the shoe...like you aren't jamming your foot into a pointy high-heel in these. Need a wide toe box) --can be slightly difficult to put on, especially if you have a hard time bending to reach your foot --gel can be somewhat sticky (which you don't feel, not bothersome on the feet) which causes stuff to stick to the gel...fuzz from socks if you're in socks, but if you're not in socks? Be aware of what's on your floor when walking in these barefoot

I love this Toe Separators!
I love these toe separators! I wear size 6.5 shoes and bought the regular size, which fits very well. The material is very soft and comfortable when worn on my toes. I have high arches, which caused my legs to lean slightly to one side. After wearing these toe separators for a few days (about one to two hours a day), I noticed a difference: my arches feel flatter, and I walk more evenly and with better balance. The only thing I wish is they lower the price, so I can buy a few more for gifts and for myself.

Overall good :3
So far so good I will say I can’t wear them with shoes but I can wear them with socks, they aren’t cutting off circulation and personally they don’t hurt my feet even after wearing them over an hour the first time I just took them off because I had to go to the store / will update in a month - super stretchy but definitely buy your size. and they aren’t super thick so that’s good. They’re easy to wash too. I guess I do feel a little more stable? I think?

Love these! Wish they came in XL
Toe Spacers Review I bought 3 different types of toe spacers by 4 different brands and will copy and paste this review under each product. They include the Vyce PrimalStep in sizes Sm/M, L, and XL which wrap around all the toes, the Mind Bodhi size L that also wrap around the outer toes, the Golbylicc size Med that do not have the outer toe wraparounds (similar to Correct Toes with similar reviews but way less expensive), and the Yoga Toes Gems for Men, the most expensive of the bunch. Quick review: I love them all but they do have distinct differences. The PrimalSteps (overall winners) and Mind Bodhi style are best for all purpose use. You can wear them barefoot, in regular or toe socks, in wide toe shoes, flip flops and huaraches. They are very soft, squishy and flexible, and they come in different sizes. The Golbylicc or Correct Toes style spacers are a much stiffer material with very little flexibility and work best with shoes and regular socks because the lack of outer toe wraps allows them to slip off more easily. The Yoga Toes Gems are best suited for lounging around watching TV or whatever. They are very stiff, with a large base that makes them difficult to walk in, and they give the biggest stretch out of them all. These seem like they are meant for people large feet who already have a decent gap between their toes or for people who have been wearing toe spacers for years, have met their splay goal, and just want a little extra stretch at the end of the day. A couple quick observations: Firstly, if you haven’t bought wide toe box shoes yet, do it now! There’s no point in spacing out your toes just to cram them back into the same shoes that caused the problem in the first place. If it’s the $80-$130 price point that’s stopping you, buy cheap brands. I got my Hobibears for $30-$40. I plan to also try Whitins and Saguros as well. IMO, they’re minimalist shoes so I expect them to wear out and need replacing often. I don’t see the need to drop $120 every time when the $30 brands offer the same features. Secondly, buy a brand toe spacer that has multiple sizes. Based on the measurements for the PrimalSteps, I should wear a large. However I could not get my toes into a large at first. I’m a size 10.5-11 with narrow feet and long, skinny, squished toes but no true bunion. After a few weeks with the Sm/M’s, I was able to fit into the large. After a month in the large, while wearing them, I could splay my toes wider than the spacers. So I moved to the extra large and feel I get the best stretch with them. Thirdly, I don’t think passively wearing toe spacers will yield much benefit. IMO, toes should be stretched out while they are being used. The old school of thinking was that to gain the most flexibility, a muscle should be stretched without any activation of that muscle. That might allow for a greater stretch but not better real world flexibility. Newer science tells us that greater flexibility is achieved by stretching the muscle while it’s under load and being activated. Kind of in the same way our toes became squished in the first place. It wasn’t by wearing tight shoes while laying on the couch. It was from walking around in tight shoes, day in and day out, year after year. Also, don’t expect results from wearing toe spacers alone. You need to be doing range of motion and strengthening exercises for your feet and toes as well. These, plus replacing your narrow shoes with wide toe shoes will give you the results you’re after. Lastly, WATCH OUT FOR PLANTAR WARTS! I haven’t seen any brands warning about this, but if you wear them outdoors barefoot or shower in communal showers or have open cuts on your feet or toes, you will be susceptible to plantar warts. It will completely stall your progress if you have to treat your wart for weeks or months. I suggest inspecting your skin often and washing your feet and spacers with soap and water at least once or twice a day minimum. In depth review: After wearing toe spacers for a few months now, I feel I have a better understanding of what I want from a toe spacer and how they should be used. IMO, the outer material that comes into contact with the skin should be soft and delicate with enough give that if I activate the muscles in my toes, they should be able to overcome the strength of the material, squishing in if I squeeze and stretching out if I splay. The material should give under this pressure. Inside the soft outer shell, should be a harder, denser material that should have a little give, but can also withstand the pressure of my toes wanting to come together, even with muscle activation. The PrimalStep XL does this well, but the smaller sized PrimalSteps and the Mind Bodhi size L tend to give in to my toe pressure when I actively squeeze. I noticed Vice has an adjustable PrimalStep with plug inserts for extra strength and stretch, but they are not available on Amazon at this time, and they do not come in XL, just a 4 pack with 2 S/M’s and 2 L’s. I don’t mind if they wear out quickly. I want that outer material to be a little flimsy because I’d rather it wear out instead of the skin on my toes. Just be mindful when putting them on, taking them off and wearing them barefoot on hard scratchy surfaces. At under $20 a pair, they’re still way cheaper than some other brands. I would try the Mind Bodhi in an XL if they ever offer it. After washing they will be become sticky, making them difficult to put on. Just sprinkle a little baby powder or corn starch on them and they’ll glide on easily. After wearing them a while and your toes have spaced out a bit, you’ll want them a little sticky to help keep them from sliding off. The Golbylicc Correct Toes style does have its purpose. If you’re on your feet all day and need something that won’t take up too much space in your shoes, these may work best. They offer very little toe splay so they might be better for someone just starting out. They are significantly stiffer than the other styles so expect to form calluses between your toes. Again, inspect your toes daily for signs of irritation or broken skin. Be patient and give your skin time to adapt. Yoga Toes Gems. I don’t know if it’s just me, but these really feel like they’re meant for seasoned toe splayers or those with huge feet and a decent natural toe gap. I can only wear them for an hour before my toes feel like they’re dislocating from the joint. Maybe i should have gotten the smaller size but these are what the manufacturer recommends according to my foot measurements. Once I’m happy with my toe splay and no longer wear spacers all day, I plan to wear these while lounging around for a little extra stretch or to maintain flexibility.
