Ice water - no condensation, stays cold. Hot coffee - stays hot, cup stays very comfortable. Dishwasher - no problem. Nice to hold. Feels good to drink from. If taken care of, these are the best beverage mugs ever. The double-wall feature means they keep beverages hot/cold much longer than regular glasses/mugs. Even better, if cold beverages are served in them, they don't "sweat" (ever). We prefer this shorter and wider version of these glass mugs because they are easier to hold and to drink from, and they are sturdier. If mishandled, they will shatter, but they are glass. What would you expect to happen?
