None of my computers can detect it and and it can no longer be partitioned of formatted. Curiously, there is no seller profile for QNINE in Amazon. I went to a QNINE web site and found a customer service email. Hopefully, they honor the 5 year warranty. Notably, the SSD is not among the products offered at the QNINE web site: there are nvme enclosures including one that looks a lot like the one this disk comes in, but none of the enclosures are offered with a disk.Edit: Managed to get it working by disassembling it, re-seating the nVme ssd disk into the adapter connector and re-assembling it. It seems that it had come lose. I transfered 600GB in just a couple of hours plugged into the usbC/thunderbolt of my new MAC mini.
