I have been using these multi vitamins for almost five years now, because I am diabetic, and I sincerely believe that these specific vitamins and supplements have had a positive influence on my ability to control my blood sugar and to achieve basically great health. Also, this company is wonderful to work with, and any questions or problems I have had have been addressed promptly and to my great satisfaction. They are a truly "Customer First" type of company.

I have been taking this supplement for a number of years. I am not overweight, I cook 99.9% of my meals at home using organic ingredients as much as possible. I follow a Keto/Paleo eating pattern involving intermittent fasting. If my supply runs out before I have had a chance to get more, I notice that I am hungrier and generally feel like something is missing from my diet. When I resume taking them, those feelings go away and I do not experience odd cravings. I just feel good.

I have only just started taking these and will update once I have the effects. I just have to ask if there is a way to make this capsule less strong in taste. The taste of the capsule itself makes it hard to swallow with regular water. leaves and after taste and there are so many to take 6 per day so it's difficult to reach this goal. I think the supplements are supposed to help with PCOS though so it's worth the try!

A1c was in the pre-diabetic range so my doctor told me to take these. I didn't really notice much difference until I ran out. I definitely feel better on them. I haven't had bloodwork again yet so not sure if its helped A1c yet, but I will continue to take them. Wish they weren't so expensive. I did buy another, less expensive, brand that had similar ingredients and they made me feel crummy, so I went back to these.

My doctor recommended I start taking these about a year ago, when my bloodwork showed that I had insulin resistance and blood sugar issues and an underactive thyroid (all of which are related, I know). I have been taking this faithfully 3x/day for a year now and my latest bloodwork shows that I no longer have any of the issues mentioned above anymore! In addition to this, I have also been trying to eat a low-sugar diet like my doctor recommended. I would HIGHLY recommend this product to anyone looking for a multi-vitamin with thyroid or blood sugar issues.

These vitamins are expensive, you take 6/day instead of one, but every time I try a cheaper multivitamin, I can feel it, and go back to Metabolic Synergy.
