LiviaOne Probiotics Nasal Spray, All-Natural Sinus Relief, Helps with Allergies, Nasal Congestion, Runny Nose, and Sneezing, 1 Fl Oz (Pack of 1)

First off, this review is my personal opinion and is not meant as a professional recommendation, nor am I prescribing a medication. With that being said, I have used this nasal spray sporadically over the course of a month for treatment of my personal chronic sinus issues. Where oral antibiotics, nasal and oral decongestants, nasal and oral antihistamines, and saline sprays have had mixed results, I have had relatively good success in using this product to treat my own personal symptoms. First, I read the instructions and followed them to a "T". Second, I used the product, 1 spray a day in one nostril for two days, leaving the other nostril as my "control" so I could better assess any positive or negative reaction. I did note a small amount of burning or irritation after use on occasion, but this went away. After using for two days, I temporarily stopped use of the product to assess the outcome. I did note a decrease in my symptoms and decrease in "stuffiness." After those initial two days, I have used it about once a week, when I have felt symptoms coming back. I have had very good success using the product only when needed. In reading other reviews complaining of the product causing sinus infections, simply put: You're doing it wrong. You have to think of this product like you are throwing seeds into a field. Using the farmer analogy, you want a few seeds throughout your field; you don't dump a million seeds in your field each and every day. Use the spray a day or two and then see how you're feeling. Still having symptoms? Use the spray a day or two more. Don't go into this spraying several sprays, several times a day, each and every day. The whole idea of a probiotic is to add "good" bacteria to an area to combat the "bad" bacteria that is there; however, even good bacteria can lead to an infection when you have too much of it or when it's in the wrong place. With all that being said, my main criticisms for this product are: 1) There really isn't enough instructions for use. 2) The spray tip is loosely connected and easily comes off. It needs a better structural design. 3) It's not clear how long the spray is good for after initial use. It needs a better explanation concerning expiration. Overall, I've had good personal success with this product and would purchase again.

I get chronic sinus infections from surfing...every time the surf is good I end up with water trapped in my sinuses and like clock work I get a sinus infection one to two days later. Some years I spend all winter (when the surf is best in Central Ca) with a constant sinus infection. I’ve tried everything, medicated nasal washes, OTC nasal sprays to no relief. Until now! I have been using this product damn near daily since October of 2019. The surf has been pumping for the last two months and I’ve spent at least 30+days in the water and I have gotten zero sinus infections. On top of that I haven’t gotten a cold as well. I use this daily as part of my morning routine. I’m completely sold on this product and have bought numerous bottles for Xmas gifts for my surf buddies who had sinus infections, has worked a treat for them too. Sorry for the looooong review but this stuff is a game changer for any surfer. Both prevents and treats sinus related surfing problems.

To return bacteria into my nose.

I have suffered from post-nasal drip for 10 years, and this is just a thick phelgm which I have to wake up to in the morning and cough and hack it out (sorry for the grossness). Then it is a constant building of phlegm all day which makes me drink hot, acidy drinks all day like coffee, to break it up. This product is wonderful, it immediately opens up the stuffy nasal passages, like magic, not kidding. I have made it part of my healing routine. First, I do a saline nasal mist spray, then I gently blow my nose. After that, I use LiviaOne in the morning. The I do the same thing in the evening. I also take Garden of Life Natural Sinus Support. So I am tackling this problem from many directions. It is working very well, to the point where I have ordered another bottle for my son who suffers with allergies.

It didn't help my sinus or allergy problems. Just dried the nasal tissues and even cause them to bleed a little bit. I stopped using it after a week.

I have purchased several bottles in the last year. Anecdotally, it seemed to work. My sinus problems tend not to recur when I use the spray daily. The most recent bottle smells awful (not like the previous ones) and my sinus problems recur even when I use it every day. I suspect that this bottle went bad before it shipped. It's hard to know.

This product is working just as I prayed it would. My 11 year old has gotten ear infections almost yearly due to seasonal allergy flare ups that I was treating daily with Flonase and an antihistamine tablet almost the entire school year. It was a horrible cycle and Drs. offer no help. Just keep pushing the meds. But what happens when you think the meds (Flonase) could be causing the infections. Thank God I found this. As soon as my daughter had a runny nose from changing weather conditions I gave her this spray 2-3 times/day for 3 days (along with the antihistamine) and her runny nose stopped! I pray this continues to work for her through the year and will prevent her from having anymore ear infections.

My 9yo son has all year long sinus allergies. We tried nose rinse and steroids which don’t do much. Sometimes he’s miserable. Until I read an article that probiotics help with nose issues and then found this product. I’m so glad this is helping my son. I always hated giving him Flonase. With this product, I don’t have to worry about it bc it’s natural. Some days he needs it only once a day, other days twice or sometimes he doesn’t need it. It helps him relieve the stuffiness quicker. (Flonase takes about one week before it can take effect). I also use it sometimes when my nose is stuffy bc it’s cold and dry. Give this a try. It’s worth it!
