Colavita 100% Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil 17 oz

This olive oil is excellent. I tried this organic type to see if I like it. It's flavor is delicious. I only use this oil when cooking. It brings out the flavor of any dish you cook or as part of a salad dressing. I cooked a meal for my family using this oil and they absolutely loved it. My Dad had seconds and said he would eat what I made again. That's a definite compliment from a very picky eater.

I use this for cooking and for salads. The flavor is mild and the price is good for organic olive oil.

Oh my goodness! What a lovely Olive oil. We like taking fresh green beans, drizzling olive oil on them, shaking them up, and then adding onion, tomato, and spices, placing them in the microwave, and then eating them all up! This olive oil leaves no after taste, just full enjoyment in knowing that your green beans are going to attach themselves to bad cholesterol and remove it from your body like medical healing!

I have never liked olive oil until I have found this brand. So great flavor and I even like the smell of it, while before I could not stand the smell of the other high quality olive oils I have tried for a long time. I really appreciate what this Colavita company do!! Please, keep up the great work! Wish you the best!

Since all of the good stuff is expensive right now - I'll not complain about that. It has a good taste especially using it to roast veggies. Has been easy to cook with. The new hot thing seems to be unfiltered olive oil.

I love this olive oil. I’ve been buying this for years. My daughter bought another brand for twice the price, she said it was highly recommended, it had a true bit to it. I tried to tell her that Colavita had a wonderful flavor, it’s smooth but not too light. It’s great by it self for dipping or blending with herbs. It adds a wonderful taste to pasta.

Do not use gmo, go organic and glass bottles too.

Unable to get the olive oil I wanted from my local store, I decided to order this Colavita 100% Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Amazon. I am sure everyone's taste buds are different but for me this olive oil has a peppery taste and a slightly bitterness. It works well on pasta. Sprinkle some on cooked pasta adding fresh roasted garlic and it tastes wonderful!

I use a lot of olive oil in my cooking and baking. Even use it for conditioning/moisturizing my hair (small amount, diluted with water, works great). I've tried numerous brands over the years but this one has now become my favorite. Reasonable price, here at Amazon. Rich taste but not overpowering. Organic is always my first cboice. Good BB dates and no breakage (so far). I particularly like using this oil when making my signature Toaster Oven Foccaccia bread! At the risk of sounding pretentious, Colavita organic olive oil is my go-to olive oil I purchase for every day use in recipes, such as in salads, on bread, and for baking. All olive oil is not created equally and Colavita is the best tasting, quality olive oil at its price point and I'd argue that it can compete with some of the more higher end olive oils that you may purchase exclusively for salads or when having company. You really need to try it side by side with other brands to compare the difference. This one is subtle and smooth.
