Correct part that works well
Exact part, pumps water well, easy to install.

Excellent Value based on price and it fit the application
I have a 1995 Mercury 125hp outboard. Product came with all the pieces I needed, however, as another reviewer stated, the bottom gasket in this kit is metal instead of gasket material. I didn't see it as a problem, but just used a small layer of RTV silicone on both sides and it went together fine. After install, I took the boat to a boat ramp and just started to make sure all worked okay, and I could definitely tell the water stream from the "pee hole" was coming out much faster/stronger, so my obviously, my old impeller was pretty wore out. I can't speak for how long this repair will last, but hopefully, a few years. There were some '0' rings and small washers with the kit that I didn't use......maybe for another model motor? Big savings over an OEM part, but again I hope it will last as an OEM part too.

Great value. I couldn’t believe how much cheaper I could buy it for on Amazon than my local marine store that I buy wholesale from. I am a full-time diesel mechanic for boats. I got this boat for doing a project on the side. Been able to buy lots of parts on Amazon for it.

IMPELLER FIT
THE IMPELLER WAS TIGHT ON THE SHAFT AND I HAD TO USE EMORY PAPER TO ENLARGE THE HOLE TO GET IT ON. NOT A BIG PROBLEM BUT SOMETHING I FEEL THE MANUFACTURER SHOULD ADDRESS

Kit worked well , only thing I can mention is like others have …… bottom gasket for some reason is steel I wouldn’t even call it a gasket but more like a shim , so I would recommend some gasket maker or silicone on both sides of it , other than that everything worked well 👍

I didn’t like that the bottom gasket is made of steel instead of gasket material I had to buy gasket to stop it from leaking I don’t recommend buying this product
