A must have
This oil is a must have in our home. Every time anyone is sick with a cold , stuffy nose I diffuse it all night in the room and do a few drops of it on feet. You can also put on your chest or just smell to help breathe. Been using it for almost a decade now.

It's cedar pollen season here and I've been so congested every night, especially. I've tried Thieves and other oils and I was amazed last night after putting this in the diffuser in the bedroom, no stuffiness! I'm very impressed with this oil!

I love the Breathe Essential oil. It opens up your sinus so you can sleep without being stuffed up. I wish it wasn’t so expensive but it works great.

This oil was recommended to me as I suffer from cold a lot and find my nose gets blocked very easy in a big open office with loads of air-conditioners. I Diffuse at bedtime for a restful night’s sleep or use a drop on my palms and inhale directly from palms, sometimes when feel cold coming up I rub on chest at bed time and it helps to breath easily.Good product

This is our first purchase of a doTerra product. After researching many essential oils, we felt comfortable buying Thrive oil. We have started diffusing with just this one oil, which is a blend and can see a difference in my husband’s breathing already. This has been a difficult season with pollen in our area and this product we believe will be of great help. We highly recommend doTerra oils and will definitely be repurchasing this oil for sure.
